Agreed, it was indeed a bit messy. We used a script in our twitch bot for a while that automatically added questions to a list, but that doesn't work for YouTube or Facebook. Due to the nature of the global channel its also quite tough to collect questions prior to the stream and I personally prefer doing live questions. Unfortunately not, the case with @NothingButTheRain is a very specific one that we will have a look at, but even there will likely not be able to do anything. I would strongly suggest you actually read the highlighted parts of text before complaining about fake news. We would never do planned maintenance during prime time, that's just silly. I have no idea of the technical background of the server issue, all I know is that people spent their weekend working overtime to try to fix it as soon as humanly possible. When it started we were actually at our office New Year's party, frantically looking for the one guy who brought his laptop to get a handle on the situation. Sometimes things just break Proof

The issue was only this Saturday and Sunday, but we are extending the compensation to anyone who has played in the last two weeks to ensure we have everyone who might have been affected covered. To be clear, we only had issues this weekend. If you had problems before then please contact our support team so they can investigate and help you sort it out! We saw a lot of feedback from people struggling to complete the collection, so we though it would be most appropriate to send a little bit of help there. Santa containers would also have been a little excessive in this volume in my opinion.
