I asked refund for Murmansk as it was bought when she could fight tier 3, now obvioulsy this is not longer possible for this ship. It was the most recommended premium ship at that time and many people bought her. Well, WG refused to refund. Surely, I will not buy anything more from them, and will advice you all so. If they are allowed to change what you bought for money, then they will screw you anythime they can. This is one of the resons this game is not so popular as WOT, where nerfing MM for a premium will not go for free so people knows WHAT they buy. Go to hell WG, this is pure cheat on the players.
