Look if you are having trouble with carriers blame your destroyer players. Every time i´m playing destroyer i go hunt them since they are a free kill and they are easy to track, just follow the planes when they return home. Battleships are supposed to be weak against torpedo planes, every other ship can easily evade the attack. People just need to learn to go hunt them instead of wasting time trying to shoot down the planes.

Torps from Airplanes take a few seconds to arm, torps from player ships are always armed. Its probably to stop skilled carrier players to instagib ships by dropping torpedos right on top of them preventing them from trying to evade the attack.
