As the devs say, you can't influence how people play the game, I agree with that, the thing is, WG matchmaking literally sucks. No other way to put it. 16 games, lost 12, won 4 in an evening, and then some days, you win 10 or more in a row. Not because I'm a good player (53.12% WR, 1690PR after this landslide), but because you get teamed up with people with PRs and WRs higher than the other side - I got no idea how complicated it is for you to implement that in your MM, if you think it already is there, you're lying to yourselves and us. I guess you're just lazy to balance out stuff, and hungry for money, same as most companies on the market nowadays. Your inability to influence game balance, either by ship balance or team balance is literally non-existent, and then you give us "politicans" answers like: "Oh sorry, it's not our fault." It's your product, if you're trying to tell people you have no influence over it is insulting other people's IQ. The thing you put all your resources in have nothing to do with the latter, you rather try to make money off doubloons and other transactions - which is understandable, it is afterall a business, but your product is getting worse by the day. It's a damn shame there are no other ship themed games out there, because your product is, to say the least, not improving. Slavic part of the rant, I was talking in my native language (Croatian) the other day with a guy I met online, we played together, and got banned for this: [edit] If you get banned for using triggerwords, not directing them to no one, just using in conversations as you do all the time in real life is a bannable offence, then ban people for using words such as "damnit". We'll just use darn it like it's PG 8. I seldom saw such bad support in any game I've ever been playing. Not looking for an answer, nor an explanation, it's pretty self-explanatory, would just like for my opinion to be heard. Just bad

😉 Still making me chuckle you're debating on something you have no understanding of. I hope you find someone to argue with you as it obviously makes you happy.

The problem is, you, same as someone from the game, probably used google translate and again, YOU are not aware what I typed, and yes I am completely aware. I've used these words in english while talking in chats in plenty other games, never had a problem with it, let alone in croatian. Because, if you actually were a native speaker, and not using google translate, trying to act smart about it, you'd realise I was just talking to someone in normal language I'd use in every day life. Clearly, you and the GM don't use profanity in everyday life, and that's your choice - which I highly doubt. As you can clearly see, my vocabulary isn't lacking, neither in English or Croatian (I'm also quite fluent in one more European language), so please, if you have nothing better to say, spare me. I deliberately put the "Slavic" part of the rant, for native speakers to see, not for someone to use google translate and try to explain to me what I meant by saying what I said. Btw: “Damn” is usually considered a bad word. Don’t use it in schools, workplaces, and other formal settings, or around children and strangers. “Damn” originates from Christian religious traditions where “damnation” refers to eternal punishment in hell. Not all people consider “damn” to be bad word. In some contexts, you can still use “damn,” such as around people who use the word regularly. Instead of “damn,” you can say “darn,” “drat,” “drats,” and “blast.” These are more acceptable to use in formal settings, or around children and strangers. Think before you speak. I don't mind the chat ban, I'm just ridiculing the support, or lack of, this game offers. Sorry to say, I'm not gonna have a discussion with you over this anymore, as I said, don't need an explanation, nor do I need approvement, it's just my opinion. Have a good one

What did your translation say? And who was it directed to?
