Yesterday I was playing in a co op battle t1 and t2 in the t2 Japanese cruiser, as the fight started I took 2 hits and was sunk (I have screen shot of battle result), If the ships magazine was hit I would expect a spectacular explosion, but there was no indication of anything diferent happening. The ship normally takes many hits before being sunk by HE shells, since I am only a CBT and only been in the test a couple of days and dont have much experience in the game, I assume magazine hits are in the game but there was nothing to indicate that is what happened (like the tank destruction in WOT for ammo rack).
