the Heavy cruisers are all overtiered there is no way Algérie could work at tier 9 its a tier 8 also Suffren with that pitiful armor Duquesne may work but it would not be very good for the BBs the 340mm guns of the Lyon are worse than dunkerques 330mm guns so they need the number to make up for that it could work pretty well at tier 6 with some fictional refits Strasbourg could work at tier 7 as it has much better armor than Dankerque just give it a 2.0 Sigma and its good to go Alsace no3 is too weak for tier 10 its better at tier 9 and kick alsace no2 out tier 10 could eather be a larger Alsace with 4 quad turrets which I would like or larger Alsace with 450mm guns (which are real) in 3 tripple turrets the premiums look good to me
