Tashkent is great it can really tank alot of dmg and the 8km torps are anice touch Khabarovsk with the rudder Module is just disgusting -

it had different guns than the Scharnhorst with lighter shells Edit for the Narvik/Z-23 I would go with the 150mm guns as they replace the 1 single mount with a twin turret -
