use +50% xp on my Izumo all the time (have a big stack of them earned with the Amagi) and the 20% more repair flag is also decent -

ye the Atago semes to be the better T8 cruiser on top of that it has the heal which makes it really nice to play (it's propably OP) -

I guess they dont want you firing too many shots at tier 8 really ? wtf why ? btw the Hindenburg can have a higher rof with its 203mm guns than Mogami with 155mm guns -

Shinano gerade auf der RU Homepage gefunden da kommt anscheinend bald was -
jap ist mir aufgefalle da war ne Abstimmung aufm RU server welche Flagge sie denn nun haben soll (Kaiserliches Russland,die Rote mit dem Stern oder die Sovietische) es ist die des Kaiserlichen Russlands geworden (blaues Kreutz auf weißem Grund)
