Kutuzov is fine even without the skills I played it without AFT in ranked up to rank 8 and the stats on this thing are way better then my other T8 CAs -

wenn das kommt wird die Mikasa das ultimative Seal-clubber monster -
bei der Atago ist das nicht so ein problem mit der Reichweite (15,9km also fast 16) aber be der Mogami die ja fast genau 15 km hat ist das ein riesen problem
