Cruisers already have Radar, hydroacustic and to a degree planes, all of which do a better job of actually spotting a DD and so making radar a waste of 4 points. Secondly US Cruisers should really be supporting the advance of the team, not just specifically hunting DD's unless they are a certain kill imo.

I may not have many games played but I seriously don't get why you would use radio over CE, manual secondaries and inertia fuse. Destroyers are pretty strong as it is, and with most being able to stealth torp what difference does it make? DDs have the ability to cause massive amount of damage with their torps in a single hit - which is only replicated by other ships with citadels which are much harder to pull off. It's also hardly a buff to BB's as their accuracy is awful even if they do spot you and even if you're spotted you will be close enough to get a few very likely hits thanks to their manoeuvrability for the most part. Finally most BB's will/ should be in the middle of the fight and so a flanking DD will likely not be the closest target with only end game making this skill useful in which a BB is really at a disadvantage if they are going up against a invisible ship.

-in other words -you can only mock someone if you know them and have interacted with them - if they are easily offended we should support that instead of telling them to man up (and lastly the best one) - If we see something that is considered toxic we shouldn't stand by our own rules and deal with them responsibly, but we should instead, be hypocrites and do the exact thing we are campaigning against because we are obviously morally superior (the irony)
