I didnt like the Kagero, dont know why. I performed decent enough with her but didnt enjoy my time playing. Would take the Fubuki over the Kagero any day.

They already have that. The Yamato has torpedo belts that reduce torpedo damage by 50% (might be 45%). If you are going to call for buffs or nerfs at least know what is already in the game. -
I have Last stand for level 2 and AFT for level 4. RU DDs have great AP ammo (which gets even better on the Udaloi) so increasing fire chance with demo expert isn't that important.

Unlikely. In the latest patch 0.5.3.2 a new system was added that will give players that have met certain requirements access to exclusive premium shop offers. The Saipan on NA is likely the trail run of this system. I am guessing this is WGs way of preventing bad players or those with no experience jumping into a premium CV like they have voiced concerns about. The Kitakami and some other unique premiums will probably use this system as well.

Players were ungrateful and didnt complete the weekly missions, so therefore there will be no more weekly missions. -
Blyskawica is already the best tier 7 DD (imo) and doesnt need any buffs.

Nagato secondaries knocked out my two rear turrets on Fubuki. It seems that AP is the main cause of my turrets getting knocked out.

The Saipan is suppose to go on sale later this month in NA, probably as a trail of this system. Perhaps we will see a return of Kitakami with this system. -

They had flooding from shell penetrations in the Alpha but removed it, unlikely that it would make a return.

For your fisr question AA works like an aura in game, dealing an amount of DPS to aircraft in your range. So shooting your DP guns at ships have no effect on your AA. BFT skill which increases main artillery rate of fire also increases your AA. The upgrades though are split.

The Fletcher is a great DD at tier 9. Strong torpedoes, decent guns, good AA (can use DF and keep all 5 guns. The Fletcher is similar to the Benson but is slightly more torpedo orientated gameplay wise. Doesnt suffer when bottom tier and murders tier 7s when top tier. You get the Fletcher and keep it along with the Benson.

Well I would expect the Yamato to have the same armour as a Yamato.

The size, poot turning circle and worse concealment definitely makes the Shimakaze even more of a one trick pony than her predecessors. And if there is a CV in game you can kiss your chances of doing anything goodbye.

Not sure how long you have been playing but there are 12 ships on each team normally, where you are getting 13 from I have no idea. WG also said that they want a 10-25-40-25 CV-BB-CA-DD split among the classes. -

I see it being used around caps and DDs in smoke, maybe when a DD is spotted for a split second. Dont know how much of an impact it will have. And Russian DDs were OP until they were nerfed after the test server. And then nerfed even more afterwards.

You got some numbers for us then mister super tester? I know you cant but can we take that they are inaccurate then? I wonder if the actual would be better or worse.

Those two choices are really up to the individual player an their play style. Nothing wrong with either of the options on those levels.

People can get mad over the smallest of things. There was a guy on the NA server a while back who would team kill anyone in a premium ship.

Because I also said that DDs are the class with the lowest average damage and didnt know which statistic you where referring to. Well I wasnt telling you how to play your CAs or what it requires. If I ever need help playing high tier CAs I will be sure to ask you for help.

He was replying to a comparison between the Benson and the Yamato. Adding RNG, like duds is going to cause frustration and drive players away.
