You do a lot of damage with your guns. Their AP is strong against broadsiding CAs and even some BBs. Stay at range and keep your guns singing to rack up the damage.

I knew torpedo acceleration was a bad choice. But a reset should have been offered. -
What I use. 11% fire chance turns the Blyskawica into flamethrower.

A lot of the premium tanks had premium match making to make up for their poorer stats as well. Which is now being removed since it messes up regular match making. -

I havent liked Ocean since they changed it form standard to domination. I dont run into Strait to often. But the spawns arent great.

I would like it to be able to target planes. Maybe then CVs will help.

The number of shells that hit a target, even if they dont cause damage. Citadel hits are given a different ribbon to shell his. But are counted in the number of hits in the post battle result screen.

There is very little you can do as a DD against a CV. Playing normally in a DD puts you ahead of your team with no AA support. Stick with your team for AA cover and there isnt much you can do. Hope your CV has fighters and uses them, but that is like wishing for BBs that push. Unless you can make it back to the rest of your team before the CV is ready to strike you, evacuating wont do much, the speed and number of high tier CV planes means you cant really hide. High tier CVs are also more likely to target DDs. DDs are bigger, slower and turn worse while CV planes are faster, IJN have 3 TBs and USN CVs now have the 1000lb bombs on their DBs. Your best defense is to use Defensive Fire on USN DDs, other than that you can try and get AA support from somewhere.

This will be changed next patch (0.5.5). Low caliber guns are getting a big HP increase.

The accuracy buff was mentioned in a Q&A the other day so it will be with 0.5.6 by the earliest. The "experiment" of 20% lower repair costs was extended for another month on RU server.

I had it on there before the skill changes. I guess you could change it for damage control mod 1, but I save my repair for fires anyway. I put it on after losing my rudder 5 times in one match, and 3 times in another (no engine damage). The mod 2 reduce the rudder shift, to 4.6s from ~5.8s.

Wonder with the further changes to combat "torpedo soup" are since they are nerfing the long range torpedoes on the Shimakaze and Kagero.

The last set you reload would be at the 20 minute mark, so you wouldnt be able to fire them. So the max is 135.
