I would rather they just give IJN DDs some gun buffs. Either range, RoF or turret traverse speed. -

I would say the type 93 mod 2 are the best torpedoes available on the Fubuki at the moment. Torpedo acceleration has become a less valuable skill with the previous changes to high tier IJN DD torpedoes. Instead of it I take Superintendent, but Vigilance is good choice.

The Nicholas should be a decent ship for ranked. I don't think the MM will be matching tier 5s against each other though.

I have found AP to be a very reliable source of damage throughout my games playing the Udaloi.

The opposite reason as to why the Shimas average damage dropped post nerfs. "All the potatoes are playing it and cant make it work now". Wasnt you who said it, but why do people assume that a ship is only played by bad players? I dont play my Shima now since the Gearing fills a similar role and is better in my opinion. I have also been playing RU DDs recently.

Did you check their stats? The Hakuryu could simply be a much better player than the Midway.

I used to play WoT on a laptop at <20fps. I know what it is like. It seems they are only allowing the option for 3 and 4 rows for resolutions of 1400x1050 or greater.

What resolution are you playing at then? 1366x768?
