It doesnt affected other ships detection. The Gearing for example can see all spotted ships up to ~16.5km away from it. Mounting this module would increase that to 19.8km.

What AP? USN 127mm/38 AP is very situational. There is no penetration (and damage) rolls in WoWS.

You have played it 25 times in the last 90 days. 1 game solo. 11k lower damage compared to your overall average for the Shimakaze. I am not playing mine because it is a worse ship than the Gearing. It was before the nerf and is after.

It should be added that the Tachibana's AP has 68o of normalisation. Making it quite good against the low tier CAs.

USN DDs do those things equally if not better than IJN DDs. So how do you know more good players arent playing the ship? Is this just a baseless assumption to push your narrative of IJN DDs are fine? Even before the nerf I found USN DDs to be better.

Thats the sort of MM that caused a lot of players to leave Armoured Warfare.

The short range torpedoes could be good if high tier IJN DDs moved like a Minekaze.
