You didn't understand it right. For at least 1 year after CBT those ships won't be sold again (which expires soon, a week or two). But they won't take them away from your port... you bought them!

Since it seems that it's impossible to keep people from making off-topic comments and endless discussions about any point, can I suggest a pinned & closed thread where the interesting info would be added? Right now It's impossible to follow the interesting information Carnotzet and Babykim try to give us, when you have to go through pages and more pages of useless comments by players. They could have access to that thread and add the translations every time they need to, and people could make the comments they wish in this thread without making it a pain to get the really juicy parts. Please moderators of these forums, show us that you can do something else than moving/hiding posts and delete comments. And I know this is also a bit off-topic, but I think its necessary.

Because of what, in my opinion, is the biggest mistake in this mode: the rewards at all levels. No matter how bad you are, you're probably going to climb a few ranks, and that's a lot of flags many of these players would never get through normal random battles, because they're that bad.

99% similar to an elited IJN ship. The only difference (apart from the rampant looks) is that you can't put any camouflage on them, losing the associated advantages (3% concealment/4% accuracy of enemy shells). And yes, the 2 ARP Myokos are the same, and the four ARP Kongos are the same.

Things get better after reaching rank 15. I had a terrible Friday, and a so so Saturday, but finally made it to 15. This morning I took my ARP Myoko and have won 7 out of 9 battles to reach 13, and most important, hardly seen any moronic players as I've seen these last 2 days.

Your stats on the other hand differ: you're in rank 17. Rank 15 is irrevocable, so you never reached there. Which doesn't surprise me because I met you in a battle and you and your Marblehead were dead really, really soon without doing much. 20k average damage doesn't help much to your teams. And your "shitty tier 6 IJN CV" has a winrate of 43%. Of course it's not hard, when you're carried by your teammates.

I agree, with most of what you said, except that part in bold. Not winning the star would be more than enough if you're in the winning side.

I would say that all ships sunk is not exactly "not playing aggressively".

That's not an anti-torpedo bulge, but the extra armour of the citadel. They are different things.

As far as I know, nothing absolutely official. Only hints. About Gremyaschi, it is one of the ships that was supposed to be back on sale after at least a year of the Open Beta Release, together with Yubari and Sims. But the fact that they created a nerfed clon and tiered it as 6 instead of 5 as Grem shows clearly what do they think about it. About Imperator Nikolai, there have been comments of WG staff of other regions about not being allowed to sell it again. It' is the only tier 4 batttleship that can get into tier 6 battles, which shows that they always thought it was very powerful. Why didn't they nerf it before release if they knew it? WG.

I've tried 5 ranked games in tier 6 cruisers... all defeats. Then I wanted to switch to New Mexico, but queue was 50+, so I tried with Minekaze, 4 games 3 victories and instagames. Wanted to try again, queue even bigger... went to randoms for 7 glorious consecutive Pensacola wins (which makes it like 12 or so winning streak with the Pensacola ). All scrubs are now in ranked battles. Wait a couple of days (possibly the weekend) and hopefully things will get better.

Been there, done that, turned to 203mm. I really tried hard to keep with the 155mm when they did all the changes to captain skills. 155mm HE does minimal damage to armoured targets, turret turn rate is still bad, and the only real duty you can do with the 155mm, DD hunting, needs a faster turret turn.

One of the things that amaze me most is that in the 21st century, WG EU needs to go to St Petersburg to get a Q&A. GG anyway. I'm glad to read that Graf Spee will be in the game sometime.
