MAYBE MATHEMATICS WORK DIFFERENTLY IN RUSSIA????? Was checking the new skills on the GK. The new GUNNER skill of Gunther Lutjens should give you a 25% increase in Main Gun Rotation Speed. => 40 seconds - 25% should give you a 30 secs Main Gun Rotation Speed BUT, in reality in only gives you a 32 secs Main Gun Rotation Speed. Checked this for several other ships and the 20% or 25% Rotation Increase is NOT correct!!!!! WARGAMING FIX THIS!!!!!!! How did the Russians ever get a rocket into space with this sort of mathematics???? Wonder how this works on Russian ships??? Will have to check this.
