    Vulgar, non constructive, lashing out, just whining posts will be basically removed. 

    Sanctions will not mean much lately, so you will be just giving us more work to do in these last sad days. 

    Although, everyone is free to express their negative thoughts and feelings just by staying civil. 

     

    On the topic, 

    I've spent a lot of time in this forum. Sometimes days without even posting or reacting even. 

    I did that... because, here I am gonna repeat what I've told when they asked me why I wanted to be a moderator. 

    "I love this game. This is a venue for me to get together with my friends have some fun together after a though day or on a lazy sunday. And I want to give something back." 

    I hope I did that in the time we've spent together. 

    It had its ups and downs. But mostly fun...

    Hello all, I'm in shock but you guys can derail even this thread as well. 

     

    Please stop with personal discussions, carry them into the PMs if you'd like to continue please. I have just cleaned the thread a little bit. 

     

    Please stay way from stat shaming but at the same time, keep that in mind when you talk about how other people play, your own play may come into the spotlight.

    I'll reach out to some WG staff internally and ask If they can do anything to help for the organisation. 

    But my best bet is a big CC streamer, me and my buddy, we stream almost everyday, but for an average of 50 to 100 people. 

    but I know some other big CCs.. I'll try to contact them for the matter. I'll get back to you @___V_E_N_O_M___ If I hear anything.

    an idea for a new game mode. 

    Let people queue up for ongoing matches to replace the ones that just sank. 

    with increasing xp and credits multipliers.. i dont know for how long. 

    may be 20 players ini total.. or 30.. or 15.. no idea.. 

    it would be fun to bring reinforcements. 

    and it can be skill based, like bringing better WR or PR players into the losing team as saviors or heroes.

    I have no idea why. 

    On paper gearing should be at least equally performing with somers but I'm way better in somers. 

    May be because it is personal preferences but I realised I play gearing more cocky. I trust the guns more than need to. 

    In somers I use my smoke just to disengage or help friends in cruisers. In gearing I use my smoke to farm. 

    I have no idea why I suck in gearing.. but I do.. but somers on the other hand??

    I always say the same thing, 

    captain playing the ship is %80 of the success or the failure. 

    the ship itself not that important so much.

    Literally was impossible to discuss with these people before and now you reinforce that crap. Same with CVs. They are broken since 4 years now. Yet people have managed to play around them. You think pointing at subs being broken will change anything? Do we need to go that route again?

    I know what you saying, but in the end, everyone express themselves in their own way related to their social skills and age and etc etc. 

    But the bottom line is, CVs are really different than the subs.. I accept, CVs are broken as well.. which I've said many times on this forum they should be removed from the game because in their current mechanical set it is impossible to balance them to the point of making both sides happy. But with subs, it is much more worse, the implementation (these are all my personal views btw) is terrible. 

    But I cannot see anyway, to be fixed. It is either they do something to make surface ships happy, or the subs happy.. not the both.. 

     

    If you ask me, it is actually not different than a poor BB player finding DDs impossible to counter and OP as hell.. or smoke.. or HE spamming for that matter. 

    But there is a difference. The current mechanics of subs is actually breaking the game flow. I'm not talking about ship vs ship.. I'm talking about how people react, and rightfull so, to a degree anyway.

    bad players still stay back because of that pesky harugumo in the smoke. They are afraid of fires.. nothing new.. But good players found a way around them.. to counter them. 
    Right now the best counter for an intelligent sub is just to avoid them. Even for good players. I never seen anyone trying to hunt down a sub unless they are have or being forced to 

     

    You can't do anything to an enemy that you cannot see, and you will not see an intelligent sub player until it is too late in the game for you or for your team. 

    It is good the high skill level players are scarce in the game.. but Sub skill cealing is so high. It is like RTS CVs.. 
    you dont see them often, but when you see them, when they confront you, you feel like you are the ants and they are the kid with magnifying glass.. 
    did they do the CV rework because of that? sadly no.. they do that because nobody played them.. sadly many people play subs so I don't expect any drastic changes from now on.

    guys, please stop with acting it is all 1v1 against subs. 
    It is not. a DD spotted in and around the cap, looking for a sub, dodging torps and shotguns 3 min into the battle.. 

    is most likely a dead DD... so DDs hesitate to contest caps, understanadbly. 

    like other ships, spotted from 5km, not seing their enemy, lately not even seing the pings because they do not ping at all.. givin full broadside to the enemy team is most likely a dead ship. 

    bottom line, SUBs, push people back, subs make people to hesitate to push, stop pushing, running around.. 7vs4 favor.. but 1 of that 4 is the enemy sub.. 7 runs.. 4 gets the cap.. and farm running ships. 

    on the other side, your own sub goes to border, pings with every chance gets destroyed 5th min marker. 

     

    One thing having counters, does not mean it is NOT broken. 
    IMO, subs are killing the general pace and style of the game.. and yes I know.. 

    Adapt or extinct.. I accept that. Because every game has to evolve. 

     

    Their spotting mechanics are broken, 
    shotgun still exist

    dolphins still exist

    They just break the game.. and force people even more so for camping and staying back.. IMO thats not good for the game. At least for the game I like to play... 

    Thats my two pennies..
