I agree, we should be able to talk about the test ships.. we should be able to stream or share videos of test ships. But I guess it comes down to the general perception and understanding of the general public. A wise man once said, you get what you deserve :) he may not be right %100 but I say %90 is a good estimation :D It depends.. When WG says, "Ok this ship is almost ready to be publised" people can talk, share, stream etc... Just take FDR for an example, That thing has gone under massive changes and they are still changing things.. If you ask me, current version of the FDR and the first version are very different from each other...

no, I actually support the new NDA system. Because drama queens on twitch like to create a mayhem over test ships like they are done deals. Even only from stats, without even playing them a single time they can do the same. and right now we can see, after the NDA change, some of the very big ones refuse to play test ships, because they cannot stream or talk about them. other than showing them in port.. So their aim was never to test ships and comment on them to give feed back but always to create drama and attract more viewers.. And many people watching them act like a new test ship is what it is.. and they grab torches and pitchforks to join the massacre.. Like the pobeda / slava.. her live / final version is nothing but a long range glass cannon... she is MIIIILLLEEESSS away her first and second test versions. I'm not saying she was ok.. she was ridiculously broken when she was first introduced... what happened in the end? WG looked at the stats, spreadsheet.. and changed her.. more than a couple times.. now she is practically useless against other unless the enemy is braindead or helpless...

Kitakami is a tier 4 boat, which any ship it encounters can tear a new one in under 30 seconds on her.. and one other thing people tend to forget, you are replacing a tier 10 Cruiser, with a tier 4 DD with a citadel :) So when there is a kitakami on your team, there can be a stalingrad on the enemy team to counter that, or a zao, or desmo, or moskva, or petro, or nevsky, or smolensk, or mino, or venezia, or wooster, or yoshino, or puearto rico, or hindi, ... (screw you henri!, goliath go cry somewhere else you useless crap! )

In world of tanks, When you finish grinding a tank, you can pick an option to say "All Xp goes to crew" we can have that here I guess...
