IF you spec them for full AA, all modules and captain skills.. you can play as there is no CV in the game :) but you'll be burned to crisp faster than you used to be! tier 8 and above.. but If you don't do that.. ehehe.. you'll be food for CVs.. this is the only line "Just dodge" does not work :)

Nope.. in a game with no respawn and high RNG.. SBMM will never work in any form..

actually no it does not.. I think I understand the OP.. he is either wondering If more ships in the cap means that you can continue capping even though there are enemy ships in the cap, or is is enough to block the cap progress with only one ship? or he is not asking, but suggesting that.. but the core issue is the same, and no epicenter does not work that way at all.. enemy in the cap, cap blocked.. doesn't matter how many ships from any team in the cap

the thing is, Saipan really rewards high skill and good play.. I love enty more, but I never ever get the same excitement in a carry in her that I get from saipan. Saipan requires more finess... On the subject of reserves.. Have you ever tried getting confederate with halsey in enty..?? it is just ridiculous :) 35 seconds for a rocket plane replenish :)

you know what, I'm actually thinking about drone technology.. with some built in "flak dodging system" where you can just point and click.. and your planes go attack and come back... ofcourse rashan tech!

Because RNG gives us the epic battles time to time. getting everything related to skill and mechanics, will kill the flavor of the WG game for me. Huge RNG is their style.. and I believe it shoudl stay as it is. And on the other hand RNG is a tool for pushing bad players a little up.. so.. we know how much WG likes bad players :)

Woaw.. Dear OP, CVs haven't been nerfed, only rocket reticule can be identified as a nerf for mostly US carriers. But Especiall at tier 10, Midway and Haku are as powerful as ever, MvR doen't like to go after DDs, bu she will just crap on everything else, then we have FDR. But most importanly we have, a CV discussion topic... which is on top of the first page of general discussion, hence. This topic will be locked.

Basically thats why I've said high skill floor.. may be the highest.. Saipan teaches you how to love and cheris your Planes. When you are top tier, midway planes against tier 6 and 7 is just rude.. and when you are bottom, you need to learn the different play style of saipan, you cannot "Let me make a second run over these guys to drop 6 more rockets" no.. :) you need to go back and come back again :) Which makes positioning your hull is more important with saipan. But regardless of its own peculiarities, The rocket aim nerf hit saipan hard because she have to use TiTs, and she has only 6 of them. Yeah you can still hit DDs, but you'd never had a problem with the bad ones ever.. the good ones, who angle or turn bow in or out will make you bite your mouse when 3 rockets goes right and the 3 goes left Saipan DB aim was always wonky against DDs and now the rockets are same.. It just not fun anymore.. she was never so much fun to begin with. She gave satisfaction through hard working and heavy lifting.. now even you do that, she may not help. I'd like to think they would because saipan and GZ battle numbers must be dropping.. If not, the global stats must be dropping :)

I'm with you %100 I became almost a CV because playing other classes is half of the time just a frustrating experience for me + extremely bad CV players. This is my way of resisting the loss of fun.. I started this game as an IJN torp Boat main.. not being able to play my Torp Reload Booster Kagero is not a small annoyence for me.. or my yugo.. or my shima.. But yeah, what can I do.. game is evolving constantly.. have to accept.. evolution can go up or down.. One day may be this game will be completely unplayable for me like tonks.. or it will be the best game I've ever played.. I don't know.. and I don't care.. I just look for my daily entertainment! Or may be one day, WG decides to act like Funcom and kill an amazing game in a day, and try to find new ways to shaft paying veterans of the game day after day.. (damn you Funcom!!) Anyway :D got carried away.. I love this game.. really.. I love the community, I love my clan, my friends, I love my ships, I love the gameplay experience regardless of any problem I may think about. Thats my current position.. can't know what will happen tomorrow and don't care frankly.

Yeah the aiming change is a little wonky.. needs time to adjust.. but I don't agree for saipan being weak. She was one of the strongest CVs in the game before the rocket reticule change. One of the hardest to play.. but extremely strong.. I've played only 1 battle with her after the change.. so after the change.. yes.. she is quite frustrating to play with.. but any CV who cannot punish DDs wrong doing is frustrating for me anyway.. that's why I don't like german CVs too.. As I say, I really believe WG will adress saipan rocket issues.. Probably giving an option to mount HvARs will be the best option without breaking anything. allegedly one of the weakest CVs against allegedly the most OP (broken one) ps: don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Enty is not broken :) I'm just saying don't underestimate the saipan too.. She just needs a little love right now.. thats all.. because of the TiTs.

nope, it is fixed :) last week but saipan was always one of the highest skill floor CVs in the game. To be honest, after playing more than a couple battles with her with over %70 WR, I cannot recommend her now.. The rocket reticule nerf hit saipan really hard. Harder than any other CV in the game. If you ask me, don't buy her until WG shows some love.. They wil.. I feel that.. because she is.. in a bad position right now.

This is a game, nothing more :) People take it much more serious than they should have actually. Basically you find a game, like it, play it for a while, and one day it stops being fun, you stop playing and find another game. I've played around 20K battles in WoT, WG ruined the game for me personally (subjective opinion) then I stopped playing. I've never protested, never demanded something. Because it is just a game. Another MMO of mine, with more than 7K hours on it, just got ripped to the shreds for the developer. Haven't even checked what is happening for over 2 years.. It is a game. I don't see it supporting or protesting when I do or do not do something. It is about my personal entertainment. Nothing more nothing less... I do what I enjoy.
