We should ne a sticky topic about the Most stupid decision you've ever seen in this game :) screenshots without naming and shaming. I bet, it would surpass CV topic in a year :)

remember once they've designed a much better AI for the bots in co-op, and people complained that they can't win even in Co-op so they reverted it. we are getting what we deserve from WG :)

that is a vast underestimation love... Yeah that does not compute in my head too.. I undestand up to some degree, that people fighting tooth and nail for all these reasons. But in the end, how long should one keep on going to that entertainment venue that they claim "NOT HAVING FUN AT ALL, and HATE WITH PASSION"? I mean yeah I understand people having a hard time losing something (according to them) they love for years. But it is like a relationship, your partner has changed, they are different now. and you claim (not you specifically) that you do not love them anymore. Even more, you hate them. So, how long would it take for you to understand that they would not change back and move on? I mean.. Most people either need help for their addiction, or just lying because they still love and enjoy the company of their lover, or love and enjoy the environment of that venue.. to some degree at least. and they are just being a drama queen. I always give the same example. There once was a game, which I've invested 7000+ hours in just 3.5 years.. one day they announced some changes.. which I've thought it would kill a lot of fun in the game.. it did.. Then I stopped in one day.. uninstalled.. after a year installed again.. played a week.. uninstalled.. never looked back.. not to the page, not to the forums, nothing. that venue (lover) is dead for me now. and don't give a flying starbuck about it. and I don't wanna talk about how much money I've invested into that corpse... that was a subscription game :D

and that sadly shows you can still be an idiot and do well in this game. (Nakhimov, malta, fdr says hi!) Because you and me both know that if you are vigilant, you can't be sniped to death. Yes you'll suffer, yes you'll impact suffer. but you can't be killed and you will still be effecting the battle better than the counterpart.

I rest my case...

I can do better with pobeda :) but thats not the point.. the enemy CV must be an idiot to be sniped to death... If not, you'll spend 10 mins, NOT controlling anything on the map and deplaning yourself, while the enemy CV keeps harrassing your teammates and putting pressure on caps :) If the enemy CV is an idiot, you don't need to get rid of them. If it is not, you can't get rid of them unless you accept best case, having no affect on the game outcome..

Please dont forget spamming Thank you button, chat banned guy for everything his team does, 7 vs 3 running lemmings, Single DD, going to the border in arms race and refusing to come in to the cap and blaming all the BBs, smolenks gets dev striked in his smoke and screaming haxxx.. Radar mino going after his div buddy DD into the cap and blasted in 3rd min CV sniping CV The list goes on and on and on and on...

May be, just may be, there are players who likes to play them? you know... It is a possibility. And the only thing which will even make WG to think about the same question is "are we doing better or worse after the implementation of CVs and Subs?" And no, none of us can say either here, because we don't know how financially the are doing. Steam player numbers does not mean anything and we don't have the stand alone client numbers. As players, we are playing a game, and basically this is an entertainment venue for us. It does not matter we pay or not. Think of it like a pub, which you have been a regular. After some time, they make changes. Prices go up, music changes, bartenders changes, furniture changes. The only decision you can make is whether you continue to go to that pub or not, depending on If you are still being entertained or not. And the only thing I do not understand, people claiming that they are not having any fun FOR YEARS, but still keep coming to the same pub, and sit down, mostly order a drink.. then go home, and continuously complain about what is going on in that pub :) That is just.. pathetic If you ask me :) So you think just using my name without tagging me will work... I have undercover agents everywhere... I mean everywhere... PS to the OP: I agree with you most part of the things you've wrote about the player base. But I've lost my hope about the improvement. Because I personally believe this is what WG wants in the randoms. I just want better MM and better rating in so called competitive modes :) and 750ish random games under your belt.. You've seen nothing mate.. trust me you've seen nothing :)

yeah but people with %25 WR will be playing with and against other %25 WR players.. so in the end.. they will close up to the %50.. In the long run, everyone would be in between %45 - %55 then in longer run, it will be %48 - %52 and in a loooooonger run.. everyone would be around %49,5 - %50,5

2 things to stop. 1. insulting a part of the player base. (people paying money to WG for tech tree ships) 2. discussing the moderation. 1 thing to have 1. A good day.

and in theory, everyone would gather around %50 WR in the long run and would be in the same bracket. Then you would ask, even though the teams are equal, why am I losing 7 out of 10 battles in one day and winning 7 on the next?

That really amazes me sometimes. Most people want to think the image on the right is what is random.. (which can be possibly random) and tend to think left one is not. But the left one is as likely as (if not more) to be random :)
