It's a skill that is too important to save just 1 point I guess. Somebody told before me.. The most important aspect of that skill is not showing how many enemies are targeting you but showing are you targeted or not at all.. It becomes very nice to see the enemy ships said "Oh feck it! I will target the BB behind that shima" You can stop doging like a maniac and find a direct route to the next cover!

I will probably, write shima, Musashi, Zao and Helena on small papers.. fold them.. shake them in my hand, then toss them on the floor.. Whichever my cat tears and tries to eat first.. I can't watch it now and actually I will not when I get home because I don't think I am qualified enough to give advices to other people on how to play, But I did what you did here.. that is a very good step! You have the most important thing to be a good player... You have a working brain, thinking what can I do better, what I don't know.. Kudos to you! There are some people here, who will watch your replays and give advices. My only advice is.. just post a couple more.. may be 5 in total. Exactly this!!! Having 4 days, between 21:00 to 01:00AM is already a nice job to do for me! I've missed 1 clan battles night as the FC... and the reactions I get the next day! The messages I've got.. and no It has nothing to do with me getting home blindly drunk, connecting to discord and saying I love you to all and completely not remembering it. That is just a mere footnote! We have a real life WG! once a month! I try to score! (ok..ok.. once a year! shut up!)

But I believe that would have other side effects which I would not care about but WG and devs will.. When people will stop complaining.. I guess never.. Last night before the session I've checked the server stats for Season 4, after the first day, almost all clans were still in Squall leauge, and around 10 of them promoted to the Gale league. Last night, we played a alot of battles in 2 teams both were alphas, full duration of the session, Played against very good players and clans, Not a single Stalingrad has been seen! Actually no team had more than 1 moskva! People were still humping islands with bow tanking desmo's, back kiting zaos and long range spamming hindis... But sure, We love drama in the WG community!

CB is the Top of the competitive & mutliplayer aspect of this game. WG wants more people playing this game, more people playing high tiers.. they are pushing people for having more high tier ships, so why we can't complete a lot of missions in this mode is beyond me? @MrConway Come on mate, comment!

I agree with this, Stalingrad can be a better moskva in a lot of situations. But the part I am not agreing is people screaming that ship is ridiculously OP!! Thats actually not working like that in CB from my perspective. Stalingrad is not versatile.. not flexiable.. The most flexible team wins the battles almost %90 of the time.. This is focus of the problem If you ask me.. But I don't think it should be exluded. People played hard and good to get that ship they should be able to play that ship in the most fun mod of this game. Making stalingrad available for a bigger audiance would be the solution If you ask me that that is what they are doing I guess.. we had 3 teams with stalins in them last night as I've said.. 1 1 2.. we lost the 2 and 1 and won the other one. but I don't think we lost because of the stalingrads... 2 stalingrad team was from HEROS... they really beat us.. fair and square.. I believe If they'd gave us the Stalins and took anyship we choose instad, we would still lose to them probably. the other game we lost, was a very close one, which I tried my wooster in first.. and decided not ever again in CB.. I can't play that crap.. so basically we started almost -1 ship.. and the other we won, stalingrad was actually never a big threat for us.. just to make it clear, I think the big part of the "Stalingrad problem" is just the players who own them.. not the ship itself.

we don't have any stalingrad in our clan, We started like the last season. Last night, we got 3 teams with stalingrads in them, 1 - 1 and 2 2 stalin team is from a top 10 clan last season they really played well but It was not a stomp. We put up a hell of a fight, and I was in a stalemate with a stalingrad in my moskva both bow on each other firing HE mostly.. He tried to fire AP on my SS.. but after saturatin.. he reverted back to HE. My Moskva has a survival build. after a couple mins, he realized he is melting faster than me.. and retreated back to an island then their DD had to retreat back.. in another battle, another stalingrad, was pushing on the off cap with a gearing, we had a zao and shima to face them, our zao ate that stalingrad while kiting. Finally It had to get out of the cover and whats that???? A montana on your flank stalingrad! Sleep well! My point is, I can only talk from the enemy perspective, Stalingrad is a very very strong ship when it comes to punish mistakes. If you make a stupid mistake infront of a stalingrad.. you say goodby... but it is same as montana, or yamato, or repo... and desmo, and MBR Henri, and moskva to some extend, and hindenburg. I once ate a 56K salvo from a hindi in my moskva. do you think you the montana is OP when you give broadside in a cruiser and get triple citadelled from broadside? I don't think stalingrad is OP.. yes very very strong ship but with a couple very workable downsides. Spotted from the moon, no torpedos, Turns like a brick burns like charcoal! Imagine you are defending a cap with a stalingrad and lets say your DD got deleted. and enemy hindenburg started to charge you bow on... what you gonna do? you either try to kill it, or just run away and give the cap to stay alive.. It does not fit the definition of OP.. at least for mine. People's mistake is, they think stalingrad is like a CA and try to work around like this.. but thats not a CA.. not a BB too.. its a perfect hybrid of a BB and a CA, some BB + and some BB - Some CA + some CA - and If you aske me which one do you prefer to give broadside by a mistake in your CA/CL.. desmo or stalingrad, I would prefer stalingrad 10 out of 10 time.. because stalingrad can only fire 1 salvo at me on the perfect broadside.. while at the same time.. desmo... oh boy! That is one hell of a punishment! The problem with the stalingrad is, almost all of the captains in there are extremely good players from very good clans.. I don't think we could've win If we'd replace their stalingrads with them..

I don't think those guys playing CB at all :) In the CB environment, all together on voice channel, nobody will do that I believe. I don't know how it is about the other clans, but in our CBs, I don't think people will find enough time to think about some missions :) I agree with this idea.. Just let all the missions can be doable in CB. CB is the top of this game. Where you can have most fun. I think there shouldn't be any restrictions for CB (missionwise I mean)

I've get reported so many times playing in a cancer division, I guess the only thing turns bright red is the faces of the red players :)

If you think these are hard clues to solve and call these using your brain, I have bad news for you. If any DD, who has the "Located" info on their screen and get blind torped by you, it's their fault and yes they did something very very wrong, you don't need to feel like a scumbag. And RPF does not direct you to the nearest enemy ship, Imagine a circle divived into 22,5 degree parts, The RPF indicator points to the part that nearest Ship is in. And BTW, I think this is actually a good example of using your brain..

Dear OP, First of all, guessing is not a skill at all.. One individual believing that he can guess any unknown with no or a shred of information is called gamblers fallacy! Gathering information and putting that informatin in a good use is the real skill here. Even though that must involve a part of guessing too. So, RPF does not remove skill from the game in contrary It actually widens the gap between the skillful and skilles players. For example, I can still not RPF torp the enemy but some people can do that very successfully. If there wouldn't be the RPF skill, torping the undetected enemy DD will purely chance and there wouldn't be any display of skill between me and the guys who can do that. But what we can discuss is, Does RPF gives too much information? Some can say yes, some can say no.. For me, RPF is a very important skill to have for DD captains and some of my CA/CL captains. and I do not think it gives too much info. It just gives a rough estimation with no distance data. and yes it gives advantages on 1v1 situations, but I believe that is the point. So I don't think it should be removed. However, Having a 19 point captain on low tiers, can be very unfair to the new players. So If you ask me, WG can do something like that, "Tier 4 Skills will not work under (including) tier 5" Or something similer. Because when you have a 19 point captain in your V25 with RPF and CE... That is just unfair.. really unfair..

But putting things behind skill walls, achievement walls? grind walls? That is how it's supposed to be... A player need to be playing on a certain level to get that level's rewards. This game is too frustrating to go solo. Especially on weekends.. I would stop playing this game long ago, If It weren't the DAVY guys.. And Sync Dropping is the most fun thing we do.. If we get on opposing teams. Going into same team is not fun! It is stresfull, People will see 6 purple clan tag noobs at the end of a defeat.. thats not good :) But going against each other, is completely fun.. And If you ask me, It is better for the game too. Because on those battles, when we trash talk with each other on the chat.. People actually participate... People laugh.. no toxicity in chat usually. But until today, nobody took my 500 doubloon offer seriously for a DAVY Teamkill on the opposing team!
