This is how it works in a very very basic way You have an ellypse where your shells can land after you fire.. Sigma defines the tendency (probability) of your shells to go to the center of that ellypse.. or how close to the center. Basically, you can say sigma is the value of your dispersion RNG.. Bigger the sigma is, lower your RNG on your shots.

in tanks, when you receive an ammorack explosion, your turret flies off and can damage when it hits another tank.. we shoul have that too.. but bigger.. I mean Michael Bay size explosions

I just need this half HP BB gone behind my back so I can turn back and try to carry this match.. Boooom! detonation... HOOOLLLYYY SERB!! I knew you existed!!! I have just one thing I don't like about detos.. regular dead and detos have the same explosion visuals.. I want more.. I want detonations to look bigger and bigger.. flying debris everywhere, burning oil patches over the surface of the water, bigh chunks of metal hitting nearby ships.. damaging them.. nearby ships catching fire...
