I always had a basic idea about this.. but they never thought about it :) yes we may need to talk about XP earnings.. yes.. but lets imagine it is fixed and every class earns XP according to their role.. + damage they do.. winning or losing will not matter.. tie ranks and rewards to total cumulative XP you collect.. 10K xp, rank 9... 20K.. rank 8.. 35K rank 7... etc etc.. here is the catch.. you define a line.. a limit.. for both winning and losing team.. above that.. your XP is added.. below that.. the XP you got subtracted.. winning team.. 1K xp.. If you are above 1K, your XP added into your total score.. If you are below 1K... you lose the XP from your total score.. you can make that 600 - 700 for the losing team.. so basically.. people who contribute to wins always progress and people who does not contribute to loss will progress too..

I know this thread has no CV.. but I've pointed out because of constant CV presence in tier 4 - 6 games.. kamis are way behind their OP glory days.. you are right about mid tier players.. thats actually the main issue behind kami.. and belfast.. and some other old very strong ships.. you know I time to time get my 21 point kuznetsov in tier 2 RU cruiser and have fun in there.. I know it is very wrong to do that to new players.. or put him into kirov :) healing kirov! but player inexperience is much much bigger issue than just the kamis and mid tiers.. It is everywhere.. you may be right on that.. can't say you're wrong.

They are designing the event exactly as you and others defined.. One after another after another.. chained tightly.. And their reward system is like breadcrumbs... you need to collect thousands of breadcrumbs If you want to feel full. But problem lies in that the distance between the crumbs getting farther and farther with each update.. Just break the cycle.. play the game for fun.. not for rewards.. screw the new steel / coal ship.. you've mentioned friends.. play this game to be together and have entertainment with your friends.. you can do that in randoms, operations, CB on weekends.. just chatting.. don't let the game tear you apart!

I have a solution for that.. tier 1 CV with 1 plane squadrons.. given free to everyone!

Kami sisters are indeed very strong ships.. but their days of glory are waaaaaay behind.. almost every match they are in, have a CV sometimes 2.. Kami is like now asashio... feast on the enemy stupidity.. nothing more now.. When I play a CV.. when there is a kami or asashio in the game.. I always keep an eye on where they are.. watch the torps when I fly around, check last spotted location. If they get ignored by the CV, they can wreck havoc.. because we all know how general BB population is against to use rudder.. They don't like it.. If only they can start from A1 and sail to J10 throughout the match.. firing here and there.. So 3 options.. 1) have your CV deal with them (CV activates brain) 2) Hav your DDs deal with them (DD activates brain) 3) or If you are in a BB.. just be careful and don't straight line.. (BB activates brain)

If you ask me, CVs should be excluded from the MM rules... they should wait until a regular match can be formed... This is ridiculous!

Nope, that does not mean you are incompetent.. you may or you may not, I've never seen you playing a CV so I canno be a judge of that But, losing planes, usually does not mean anything for CV and its effectiveness and its DPM. Because, DPM on theory and DPM on practice is very much different things. And CV does not lose Actual DPM throughout the battle, but instead its DPM gets higher and higher. If you know how to manage your reserves.

You write something, I reply to that.. and you ignore my reply and say something else.. Let me try again clearly.. you've said, CV DPM GETS LOWERED through the game.. I've said... IT IS UP TO CV CAPTAIN... not the surface ships.. If you get your DPM lowered in your CV, that shows your incompetence.. Not the power of the single or combined AA... Yes it is possible to completely deny strikes to a CV If the surface ships huddle up enough in numbers.. then they give %80 of the map to the enemy to control, which basically means, just by presenting in the battle CV did his job to get the win. But this is not the topic I'm replying.. Let me write again.. COMPETENT CV CAPTAINS DO NOT LOSE DPM THROUGHOUT THE BATTLE! ONLY INCOMPETENT ONES DOES THAT! And this does not change whatever the surface ships do or don't do in the battle... I can try to use paint next time..
