DE on Kaga? Nah. I don't have torp acc. on Kaga either. I have it on my Haku captain though. The 58kt. torps are kinda funny.

They missed an opportunity for a Kriegsmarine themed campaign with Lutjens as the main reward. They could have created one for tailor-made for that, AND offer Lutjens in the Armoury for doubloons instead of coal as an OPTION, should there be some people who are eager to get Lutjens right away. Finally, to ensure you don't get 2 Lutjens, add a condition to the campaign and Armoury that stipulates that if you already have Lutjens, acquired through whatever means, you get 175,000 coal instead of a duplicate. IIRC, his current price. -

Since these are not modelled at all you make a fair point as far as the game goes, but be under no false illusions. These ships were far from toothless.

It's counted as a separate statistic(like ranked W/R). The W/R you see everyone referring to, and the numbers in the sigs of everyone who is flexing, is random game W/R. Still, you can view your combined W/R for all battle types in wows-numbers if you so wish.

On one hand, you have plenty of examples of vessels which had rapid firing weapons, completed or otherwise, and that fit the timeline and game aesthetic of artillery ships. On the other, some people find them too annoying. *Shrug*

Depends on many factors, which, for better or for worse, are outside the scope of the game since day 1.

This has certainly been the case for a long while. If we're delving into the realm of historical accuracy, you'd be surprised. So what do you think should be nerfed to make these ships less ''Cancerous''? With regards to your summary of tier 10, I disagree with much of your post, but you are at least right in so far as it plays differently compared to, say, most tier 6 games. Yes, it's a different meta. It's worth pointing out however, that the fundamentals remain the same. Myself, I prefer tiers 8, 9, and 10 the most, but I like playing all tiers except the very lowest, which I only play very infrequently... usually in Mikasa for the memes.

That's beside the point. My ships are still not anchored or moored to anything, but instead just float freely with engines off. It gives me conniptions. And a mini heart attack.

As a general rule of thumb, I try to avoid going 9/10 in randoms, especially as a BB. It's OK to move to that direction at the start, but don't go ham there and commit yourself to those lines too quickly. When spawning 7-9 you kinda want to hang around for a little in those same lines in F, G and H(Or D,C and B) depending on your ship, and don't put your BB too close to C at the start. Of course, you have to keep an eye on what yours and the enemy team is doing, then let that dictate your next course of action. Maybe you should go more to the left around mid. Or, maybe you need to stay where you are, or push where you are. Or, maybe you need to kite away and go more wide, which will force the enemies into a crossfire. Basically, the gist is this: Don't commit to 9-10 line too soon, and instead wait 'till you have more spots on the enemy, read what they(and your team) are doing and react accordingly. -

It's an issue that is due to be fixed in the next patch, it's not intentional. From the patchnotes: ''Two guns on Visby reload faster than other guns of the destroyer. The issue will be fixed in the closest update.'' https://worldofwarships.eu/en/news/game-updates/update-092-european-destroyers/ This is a feature introduced a while back. Basically, friendly torps deal much less damage to Allied ships if they impact them and IIRC they can't deal flooding.
