Maybe. You do accumulate goodies in the end as well as the ship though. Whether or not that's worth it is up to the individual. Myself, I've never paid in these events.

I think it would be problematic if it was something like early access without keeping to a release date/schedule, as several games have done in the past, basically just taking your money for an unfinished product and never following through. In this case, however, we know it's coming in a matter of weeks. The way I see it, this just gives you an option - to get a grindable ship early, if you want it. And if you do, for whatever reason, WG gets to make some money off it. That's OK. It's not as egregious as having to pay just to access an unfinished game. imo the price is a little steep though.

Not really, it depends on several things, eg. what CV you're using, what ship you're attacking, how many/what ships are nearby to provide supplementary flak, how good you are at dodging flak, whether or not there are islands nearby to abuse for cover, etc. Again, depends. Squadron type, target ship, etc. Not to mention, even if a squadron is not attacking it's still spotting you, and that alone could mean the end for you.

Hm. If Atlanta needed a buff somewhere, it wasn't rate of fire. Why not a small concealment buff, or small range buff? Why not buff the torp range?

It's not your kill, it's an enemy target that anyone can shoot. And the one that kills it gets a number next to their name, and some XP. So what? You'll get the next one maybe. Or, maybe you'll ''Killsteal'' yourself from someone else later. The moment you start thinking about the importance of ''Who kills what'' you're thinking in the wrong way. Don't do that, and the game will be so much more fun for you. It doesn't matter. It's just a game, there is nothing to be frustrated about. ^^^ Consider that last bit ''pro'' advice.

I'm not really losing interest but I'm feeling a little burnt out. It comes in cycles. I'd really like to stop doing WoWs related things for a bit and use my free time to play the new DOOM, but with KOTS around the corner I'd rather not for now.
