The only way to get Musashi now is through super containers or Christmas Casino boxes. No one knows for sure, but a re-sale in the Armoury or prem shop is not likely to come any time soon. Maybe in the long term, somewhere down the line. But don't count on it.

There was a reason she wasn't included when the rest first got that, to avoid another Kitakami-type situation I think. It's just balance. It would be too much. That being said, it would be hilarious.

I despise the whole idea behind this and RB/NTC in general. At least before, I could live without getting Colbert or Ohio, even though I want the latter. Well, assuming that doesn't change it'll be the slowest torps in the game by an impressive margin. USN aerial torps base speed is fast by comparison xD Factor in the torpedo speed buffs people will be mounting, you have an already high arming distance become... pretty bad. On the tier 10 at least, it'll be the highest in the game, if you take all speed buffs.

AFAIK it's old rule procedure for FDR, my old and addled mind read that somewhere. Ships announced since then will follow the new rules.

It's just RNG. I mean, the alternative is that every shell goes exactly where you aim it, and every HE hit starts a fire, etc. That would be terrible, not to mention egregiously unrealistic even for a non-sim like WoWs.

No, that's not it. Like I said, cheating is not something inherently Chinese, it's a people thing. There are lots of honest, decent people in China, but plenty of unscrupulous people too. What I mean by ''different nowadays'' was referring to the experiences of Maman's side of the family, Cantonese Catholics who fled the communists in Canton in the early 50s. They were very poor and it was a simpler time, where children were brought up properly, with values and hard work, society as a whole was very different. Today, it's better in some ways, worse in others. Government policies and control over the decades have caused much to change in ALL aspects of life, not necessarily for the better. But I don't have any experience with mainland China personally. This is just the impression according to my family members, and Chinese friends who have been.

China is different nowadays. My relatives attest to that. That being said, I think I should remind everyone that cheating exists everywhere, it's not limited to specific backgrounds or countries.

@Aragathor Coming back to what you said earlier here, it doesn't make sense to me. If they did that, what would even be the point for them? Spending time/money to regrind in alt accounts, just to eventually play KOTS? Assuming they got far enough to get real rewards, wouldn't it just be useless, since it's not on their main accounts anyway? Not to mention, any prestige they could get from advancing through the contest would be wasted... Not saying they wouldn't, but it would be a waste of time. Unless they abandon their old accounts entirely and start from scratch... In which case, damn. I don't know what would be more sad. That, or cheating.

Basically, there are 3 rumours I've seen floating around. I didn't follow the games, these are just rumours that I can't confirm. 1 - They had an internal disagreement and some people were mad, and they couldn't field a team and had to pull out. 2 - They pulled out because they didn't want to get caught cheating. 3 - Salt at their losses. Boo dee hoo. In any case, they're known to be cheaters and I don't feel sorry for them at all. Get them out of my sight.

CVs have been in KOTS in the past, and also since rework. KOTS 8 for example. Idk if it would be less 'boring' to watch, but having them breeds different tactics and different lineups to what you might have seen in KOTS 10.
