    the midway is under preforming the torp buff did not do anything.. need more buffs maybe undo some of the dive bomber nerfs or buff torp speed

    first USN BBs are under preforming from T8 - T10 by a lot. Look it up your self. https://warships.today Yes the Iowa is underperforming. Izumo is underperforming as well but Izumo is the only IJN BB that is underperforming so it may get buffed soon. Just not this patch.
