I'd really like to know if the developers have stated anywhere that Accelerated Commander Training won't be in the game (at least not anytime soon™). Not wanting to post off topic and I really like a lot of the other features in the next patch but does nobody here know anything about this?

Meaning there'll be no way to stop my elite ships from amassing stupid ammounts of xp other than "not playing them anymore" and "using real money to convert"?Edit: Also, could you point me to a source for when this was dropped?

Ahoi! It probably comes down to me being blind but is there really no option to "boost" your crew/captain/commander training on ships with elite status (like in WoT and WoWp)? If so is there a reason for this option not being present in WoWs?
