So I have been playing WoWS from time to time since beta, bit until recently never got serious about it. Today I was looking at my service record and noticed that for some reasons all rewards for the level ups say available when mouse overed. Is this a display bug? Does available for some reason mean that I collected them? Or do I have to actively collect them somehow and just never knew how to? Last level up as a sample, but it's this way for all of them:

That's the thing: I'm not sure if I got those.
