i was just thinking this. the use of a klein field effect for when an arp ship takes damage would be great. i do use a static effect of the shield to sim it but that can only go so far but an animated would be pure goodness for ex. when you get impacted u can see the shield deploy on the hull but still allows the round to pass through for balance reason (u cant have op ship with op shield now can we) or deploying to counter-act against the crossive torps or on a ram (and again it will still let the object past right through for balance reason)
-
exactly the reason i was trying get across on my last post
-
also to add to the last one i would prefer it's as a visual effect aswell
-
i like this idea aswell but u got to look at that for balance reason The Devs won't do that since it would cause a unbalance game. The kongo is already sorta of an op ship already so giving it a Klein field as consumable would make the Arp ships very unbalanced
-
tbh i would mind if they have the shield effect for when a ship bounces a shell or the round fail to pen
-
i like this idea but this probably is the less likely to be added
-

so me and a lot of my friend came to an agree about the south dakota class battleships being set as a premuim for tier 8 (just to be clear leave the salt at the door if u think im asking for another wallet warrior ship) The South Dakota class was a group of four fast battleships built by the United States Navy. They were the second class of battleships to be named after the40th State; the first designed in the 1920s and canceled under the terms of the Washington Naval Treaty. The class comprised four ships: South Dakota, Indiana, Massachusetts, and Alabama. They were more compact and better protected than the preceding North Carolina class, but had the same main battery, nine 16"/45 caliber Mark 6 guns in three-gun turrets. The ships can be visually distinguished from the earlier vessels by their single funnel, compared to twin funnels in the North Carolinas. According to authors William Garzke and Robert Dulin, the South Dakota design was the best "treaty battleship" ever built.[1] Construction began shortly before World War II, with Fiscal Year (FY) 1939 appropriations. Commissioning through the summer of 1942, the four ships served in both the Atlantic, ready to intercept possible German capital ship sorties, and the Pacific, in carrier groups and shore bombardments. All four ships were retired post-war; South Dakota and Indiana were scrapped, Massachusetts and Alabama retained as museum ships. tbh i would love to see it ingame etheir as premuim or a new class of ship in the american battleship tech tree
