Question: initial free exp and plasters

but we've started the same day and we had the same ships! expecially the tier VII battleships nagato! O.o -
i've a question: i've played the two test weekends as one of my friend, today we started to play the beta but he recived 75000 free xp 1500 plasters and 2.5 million credits while me only 26000 free exp 0 plasters and only 1.5 million credits. Someone can tell me why this difference?
