I've had problems since the previous patch, this one made things dreadful. Written a ticket and got a reply, followed the instructions and...things got worse:-) Trying again before replying to the incredibly polite and friendly ticket response. Fingers crossed!

I've had loads of crashes, game freezing, trouble reloading and entering battles. Frustrating for me and highly annoying for my division team mates. lots of lost flags and camo which as a newb, I really miss.. I haven't received any compensation, but haven't raised a ticket, I'll do so now. Thanks for the update.

It's a complex game and some things are well known within the community, but harder to grasp for newbies. We showcased several times how to activate it but you must have missed that part - I gave you the mission in-game, good luck! If you run into issues or you have questions, never shy back from asking them and tagging one of our CMs to help you. WOW! Crystantos, Thank you very much. It was most kind of you to take the time and trouble to do help, you sir are a gentleman:-) It behoves me to say that I am very impressed that forum posts are read and responded to. Yes, I read the earlier posts about it only working during the stream; which seems a little unfair. I tried it whilst watching the stream yesterday and I could not get it to work. I'm sorry to bang on about this but it does seem to be a running theme. I really enjoy the game but for a newbie so many things are not made clear. I tend not to ask things in game because (A) People are playing and (B) The amount of abuse and insults directed at new players. The latter being the main reason.
