    Ahhh okay fair enough.

    BUG: Ingame desync

For LtFloppy, uninstalling the software worked for him. Even though 4.0 fixed it, as soon as he uninstalled he got no desync so unless they released 4.0 in 10 minutes from him having a desync game to him having a fixed game I don't think that was the coincidence of the fix. We where just saying that it COULD be a POSSIBLE fix for anyone if they have this problem (even though 4.0 is "supposed" to fix it)

    BUG: Ingame desync

I said that the 3rd part program enables overclocking and clock boost. The thing is... LtFloppy said "Uninstalling the SOFTWARE fixed this problem for him". He did play it consistently, I played with him in several matches and it was fixed as soon as he uninstalled that software. Are you sure you are talking about the right desync? With the client and the server was off by a few seconds? I don't know much, all I know is that uninstalling that fixed the issue for him and then you say "it's not a 3rd party software problem" when removing the 3rd party software for LtFloppy worked. Just trying to help out other people here, not fu*k new people in the [edited]because they don't have over 500 posts which you are doing right now. "Welcome to the forums!"

    BUG: Ingame desync

Well how come LtFloppy was at stock and the Easy Tune software still caused the problem? You're just acting like you know it all because you have 2000 posts and are a forum warrior. LtFloppy's problem was a prime example of 3rd party software causing the issue...

    BUG: Ingame desync

It is 3rd part programs in some cases, software such as Easy Tune from Gigabyte (like @LtFloppy said) change things on your CPU which caused the desync. Yeah, there could be a netcode problem (like in BF4 lol) but I think some of it is just software controlling the overclock of the CPU. So overall it looks like overclocking is the issue.

    Desync issues

My friend had this problem. Apparently it is to do with AMD CPU's (dunno if that is true or not). He uninstalled some Gigabyte software he got with his motherboard and it stopped the desync issue. He was getting perfect ping and no packet loss and this fixed it for him.
