I would like to add before i uninstalled easy tune i had desync every game. The hit box for the ship seemed to be 10-20m in front of this ship hence me saying there is desync between me and the server, i submitted 2 tickets to the war gaming support first it apparently it was to do with the Microsoft Net framework files, i reinstalled all of them, my game was not fixed, I hoped update 0.40 would fix the issue it didn't. I sent another ticket and apparently the desync was caused by the "3rd hop" in the internet connection ( gather this info via ping plotter), the support said this was to do with my ISP and not them so closed the ticket, but i had the "3rd hop" packet loss on every game WOT and even when i tried google on pingplotter( I have no issues on WOT). Searching for a fix after the game went into OBT i came across a fix on the forum saying uninstall Easy tune so i did, went on game the desync had gone, and i have been playing the game three days and have had no desync issues (yet).

My processor was running at stock speed (if that is meant by stock) i have never overclocked my CPU and deleting easy tune fixed the desync. I saw on another post that simply switching to a wire connection fixed their desync also.

If you have an AMD processor and a gigabyte motherboard check to see if you have a program called Easy Tune uninstall the program(not sure if the program comes with Intel based motherboards from gigabyte). This fixed my desync hope this helps any of you.
