Yes. As soon as you own the camo it will stay in your inventory and you can switcheroo as much as you like or even sell the ship. As long as you don't sell the camo or use the onetime usable ones they won't disappear or cost anything to mount or demount.

Even if you do a minimum arming time and clear warnings, nothing stops them from intentionally blocking important access points for example to caps (on YOUR side) or creep up on a friendly cv that is stationary for most of the first quarter of the battle and surround him with a minefield while they are busy with their Bombers and not watching, then watch him go boom when he repositions.... (or traped unable to run from the aproaching enemys) Edit: Oh also inb4 Lenin/Khaba doing those deliveryruns even faster than you while still shooting the aproaching enemy.....

Because it has it's strenghs there but those won't show in those stats you mentioned. The only Stat where you should see the difference is the Winrate but then there are the random/weekendplayers that play this arguably harder to play ship...... It has US smoke (considered best as longest duration), best manuverablity in the game if you don't count lowtier to dodge the Torps that you spot on its way to your teams cruisers and BBs and the Torpedos (Watermines) are so bad you won't hit anyone with it but you can use them for area denial and baiting enemys to show broadside. It is also quiet a good alrounder if you don't look at the torpedos so it won't be just killed by overconfident DDs that push you. From all DDs above Tier V it is imo the best for fleetsupport aka staying between the fronts and providing support/smoke which SHOULD win games (if combined with capcontestin mid to endgame).

Thats the part that is going wrong with your Sims. If you play the Sims correctly (and get teams with at least half a brain - wait maybe that is the issue here) it should have one of the best winrates as it is the ultimate Supporter DD at Tier 7. While the kind of support the Sims gives, aka spotting Torpedos (you won't believe the torpedobeats i pulled with that dancer of a ship)/enemys, smoking allies (US Smoke), kiting DDs to trick them to follow in your cruisers, won't give you much if any xp WG gave it a special multiplier to compensate. Also even though Sims is best in Support doesn't make it especially terrible at other jobs like ambushing DDs or contesting caps. Oh and it is the ultimate ship to troll if we ever get Tier VII ranked again. (been there done that and jeah i know thats dirty)

Well then please explain how to cheat in an server calculated game in which your gameclient (the only easy way to manipulate the game by modding) only gets the information the server wants to give you? To actualy cheat you would have to hack the WG servers while playing to maipulate the particular gamesession your are in (note all while playing the game). If you can do that you would have better things to do than playing this game.....

Easy. Pick any DD with low damage Torpedos (so no IJN) and at least two Launchers (preferable 3 ofc) and preferably higher Tier as they will lose more HP on flooding per tick because it is based on %. Now look for the most stupid looking BB on the enemy team. Launch one salvo (or two if you have three launchers) but keep the last one. Wait 20 secounds and while waiting you can work on estimation where he will turn to to avoid your first set of torpedos. Launch your last set of Torps. Always try to hit the bow/stern part as those are guaranteed floodings. If your secound salvo hits you can just watch the damage tick in. Alternative would be to team up with a CV or RN BBs that trigger the DCP for you. Pro would be the BB won't be that aware of your presence and position. Contra is that it is much harder to time the torpedos to hit the enemy just as the DCP goes into cooldown.

Q1 is already answered (see quoted thread by Seeteufel) Q2: Those are the ranks (and the corresponding emblems to those ranks) of the players that they reached in the last "Ranked" Season. To play Ranked Battles you need to have at least Account Level 9 and a Ship of the apropiate Tier (whch Tier is needed changes every Season last time it was Tier VI but this time i guess it will be Tier VIII like in Season 5)

If available in shop just look there. (for the dubloonprice you have to aply the discount % on the regular dubloon price which is usualy only listed in the wiki if anywhere) If available in the techtree make a new account, play one coop battle and look in the techtree. You should be able to see them all as you don't own any premium on the new account. If neither available in shop or techtree all you can do is resort to the listed dubloonprice in the wiki. (which has a chance to be incorrect)

If you elect to not use the enhanced discount Scharnhorst is indeed a good option as it ticks every box you mentioned and is a great ship. Leningrad would also tick almost every (save the cruiserone) box you mentioned though.... Edit: oh and considering the MM Tier VII may be the sweetspot for most, going Tier VIII is better for DDs because of the Concealment module Lenin is still a strong pick for Tier VII DDs though and has somewhat a cruiserfeeling like Khaba but needs another dedicated captain for stealth and expert Marksman. Edit2: Admiral Graf Spee is an option too as she is discounted 40% too and is indeed a Battlecruiser. She is not as much a must have as Scharnhorst though....

can you use it on bundles (including dubloons) with a ship you like then? (like a Blys atm that one isn't discounted ingame or Kidd?)

101 on saving money in the shop (even better if you have that coupon): 1) look for good offers that are premiumshop only and that you really want (like T-61 you mentioned). Of course if you want to use your coupon you want to wait for the last day you are able to buy something in case a new offer shows up, to avoid remorse later. 2) If nothing suits your interest and you are still willing to give WG some money (because your coupon runs out) buy Dubloons for a very cheap price. 3) wait for a good discount for the ingame techtree of the ship of your choice (you can count on those next chrismas i guess or you use the current black friday ones) and buy it with the dubloons from step 2 or 1 from maybe a bundle) 4) max profit

Sadly Tier VII is a very bad spot for DDs. Even though they should profit from the favourable MM like every other Tier VII the problem is the Tier VIII DDs are just that much better because they get access to the stealth module on Top of their additional HP and Armament. For Tier VII (when toptier) Mahan is actualy one of the better DDs at Tier VII. The Mahan is like every other USN DD the Jack of all trades. Giving smoke, knifefight for caps, spot with somewhat ok concealment. The US DDs fight best when they can jump on enemy DDs at close range (except KM DDs with Hydro ofc.), so lurking behind islands near caps is a standart tactic. As for those (IJN) DDs that outspot you by a considerable margin: Those ships are generaly even slower and will lose any straight up gunfight with you so the Skill RPF is advised to be able to push them effectively and get rid of them. (only works if not much cover for him ofc.) If he has enough cover from cruisers either retreat or bring your own teammates. If all fails get Benson ASAP and the world will look different when you fully fitted it with upgrades.

Yes but the real question is do you want those players that won't care about forums/patchnotes in your clan? We have a dedicated forum for that for a reason. Clans are supposed to be a bunch of (fairly) organized people. Something you really can't ask from the average random player so why bother?

That is literally what they (+other big publisher) are doing or at least where they are heading to with their DLC policy. Cutting out parts of the finished game to sell you those later or up front as preorderoffer. I didn't say they are infact anonymous, it is enough if they think they are and don't have to face backlash/consequences. As soon as a human doesn't fear any consequences that human will just follow his desires which will get ugly most of the time. That is why someone without anything left to lose and out for vengance is so dangerous.

No the problem is not that our brain can't handle the internet, it is that we can do these things anonymously and hence avoid direct social backlash. Basically it is the rotten human nature of desire. If murder were truly "allowed" (read: without consequences both socialy and by law) the numbers would go up rapidly. P.S. I doubt we humans survive another thousands of years while going on like we do today........

Well except being decadent without limits (all premium consumables on everything etc.) and wasting the credits left and right (buying, selliing and rebuying ships without caring for discounts). But yes even while going like this my creditcount doesn't seem to drop either so I would really like a way to use them in a sensible way.
