Yay...flags and more flags....we love flags its the best thing in the games is the flags =( oh and some new ships.....lets be honest its just skins. why not put in some new maps / arenas or something fun....other than flags and skins......again

As WG cant be arsed to answer customer service questions could some one help here. I have the Skane Destroyer, Standard starts are torps 12k and 80knots. if i add on the equipment that should boost torp speed 5% and captain skill boost range torps 25% ........ it makes no difference to he ships torps, its like these skills are just ignored and i still get the base ship stats ?

I should get an extra 5% speed of torps from the Upgrade and 25% acquisition range from the Capitan skill ?
