I had this problems too. Was not able to start the game. After reading a lot of tips etc problem still occurs. What resolves the issue for me was changing the properties of the schortcut as follows; - Run game in compatibility mode (Windows XP / Service pack 3) option - Run the game as administrator All my problems where gone and now i can enyou this game

Hi all, Problem solved, was quite simple. Changed the compatibility in the shortcut, Run program in compatibility mode for : Windows XP (Service Pack 3) Run this program as an administrator. That was all, now playing the game as designed without crackling sounds and stabble without errors.

My situation is as follows. After some support tickets i was adviced to re-install the game because of having problems with starting the game. Press play after launcing the game and get a error message that the game could not start, sometimes i get into the game. If i get into the game then the sound is really crackling and i am missing the speach, warning sounds etc? I have completly installed my pc with windows 10, installed all the needed actual drivers from the suppliers and installed WOWS. I was surprised with the result, i could start the game, had good sound, all working fine for 3 hours. After playing i quit the game and go for my diner. View hours later started the game again and ..................... nope same issues reappear. Some one any idea how to solve this? It's no option to install everything when i want to play. BTW, other games as WOT, etc are working fine. PS.: Sorry for the bad grammatics.

Totally agree with this, Played WOT for a long time and getting sick off the XVM "anger". Now learning WOWS and enyoing the game without those chats.
