This issue come after the last Windows 10 update (version 1709 build 16299) and is NOT related to directx, permission or visual C++ (not waste ur time) but with a single "bugged" option in Windows. Solution for Wows crash and for minimized games at startup: - Go to Control panel - Go to System - Go to Tablet Mode - Turn off the two "hide" options (generally u should have only 1 option enabled) Wows and minimized games now will work correctly.

I've a bad feeling about see italian ships in this game soon. A game in which devs put Chinese ships before Italians show the general purpose and i was really astonished to see brazilian language come in game before italian one. Really brazilian community is larger than italian one? I not think so, and if we look at global idiomas distribution, sure there is no match. I must reply to all ppl that say "French ships before Italian and bla bla" ... Italian navy was the 5th navy in the world, and due to fall of France in 1940, Italian navy was the main navy in mediterranean sea. So... France was 4th navy in the world on the paper but due to its fall in early stage of the war, its role was irrilevant! So dont say bs, learn more about history. A game based on historical naval warfare MUST have Italian Navy.
