you can still pick the AA skill if you want to, the game thinks it's not a good idea, which is sort of right...

yup, got about 75 of them at the moment, but i'm not sure about the 'kii' bit :P

type 59 camo is just one you can get from various missions and/or various containers, they aren't 'premium' camo's they are just better than the regular type 1,2 and 5 camo's, there are many different types of these camo's as can be seen from Smash's screenshot, you only have a finite supply of them, when they are gone, they're gone...

it's not like there aren't any video reviews of these ships out there to watch to give you a reasonable idea what they are like, there are usually dozens of them to watch...
