err, no you don't know how it works, read your first message, you admit you had a peak of 10% fire chance with an average of 4-5%. that is your actual fire chance, not the 41% you keep banding about, so no the rate of fires you got were about right. this is what i replied to you "the figures you quote are the base chance for your ship to set a fire, however it's seriously reduced by the type of ship you're shooting at, the skills and modules of the other ship too, so the actual chance is probably more like 10%". isn't that exactly what i said? you're actual base chance is much lower, more like 10% or lower...

you do not get a warning for just doing 11 damage, the 11 damage might have tipped you over the edge, but it takes a lot more damage than that over a few battles to turn pink. you got a warning, and you were pink for 2 whole battles, did it cost you any credits, experience commander xp? nope it didn't, where's the problem?

we can tell from post that you have obviously been penalised for offensive language just from the way you refer to other players, so suck it up you broke the rules, deal with it like a man you refer to... 1) there is no minimum age in WOWS, so yes there has to be limits set. 2) swearing can quite easliy be recognised by an automated system, detecting the other things you mention is very, very difficult to recognise from normal game play, unless WG had a legion of help staff watching every complaint. 3) it's WG's game on WG's servers so they make the rules. and 4) there is a well known policy about not saying what penalties are given out to players.

why the best? what makes it different from every other ranked sprint? personally i think T8 is not exactly the most exciting, 7 and 9 are better...

because the US had the most ships to choose from, some of the other nations can hardly manage a full tech tree line never mind dozens of prems too, don't forget the germans stopped building ships after about 1943/44 for quite a few years, the other nations had a bit of recovering to do too...
