Well if I am reading the changes to the Grozovoi correctly. She can know have Defensive fire or Heal and speed boost has been moved to a new slot. Heal she gets MAX of 3 (2 with prem consumable +1 with commander perk) Gun range has been increased. Down side Reduced Speed boost and Smoke form Max 4 to 3 Defensive fire stays MAX 4 That's going to make her Very Very strong

I was not saying it douse not...... But people have been say 4-6 radar per team ALL the time... I was pointing out this is not the case Also if 4+ is happening often with a 2.7 average it means there must also often be 1 or even 0 radar in a team

Don't think that's the case one this increases cash and commander XP big stumbling blocks for non Prem players. Also I really don't think it will make a change in the short to Medium term. How many 100%+ camos do you have. I must have well over 1000 maybe even close to 2000 -

Both are good.. As others have Said Musashi is likely to be removed first But I notce you have no Russian Cruisers or Japanese BBs. Please get some lower tier Experience and train up a commander before bringing out tier IX ships of them nations. though depending on your commander skill set on Oktyabrskaya Revolutsiya, this commander may work in Kronstadt

According to https://gamemodels3d.com Stalingrad comes with type X camo. on the wiki type X camo gives the following -3% to surface detectability range. +4% to maximum dispersion of shells fired by the enemy at your ship. -10% to the cost of ship's post-battle service (-20% for Tier IX ships). +50% to experience earned in the battle (+100% for Tier IX ships). so -20 rep cost (more credits in pocket) and 100% Extra XP (tier IX+) assume Salam will be the same as she is also tier X

I think I did this one. would have been Fletcher of Gearing. 12 flood/fire is not that hard in a US DD and if you do you are very likely to be top on XP.. Note.. You do realise you don't have to do all the missions.. You can repeat ones you have already done. You will not get the reward again BUT YOU WILL GET THE STAR.

You answered you own question...... right at the top I pointed out people are complaining about 4+ radar ships per tea. So all the math is per team(think every one else realised this) 2.7 is rounding up to 1 decimal point.

No it dose not... unless I missed some you math is wrong (then mine is) Squall part 1= 0 Squall part 2 =500 Gale part 1 =500 Gale part 2 =750 Storm part 1= 0 Storm part 2 =500 Storm part 3 =500 Typhoon part1 =1000 Typhoon part 2 =1000 Typhoon part 3 =1000 Total 5750 steel None of the combat or supply mission give steel hurricane leage can give you another 1000 but you never had to get to hurricane to get a flag

well spotted Copy and past error form above listing ALL radar ships 28.8% is tier 8-10 all ships capable of radar RN and Pan Asian make up 6.30% of ships that number should read 22.5%. Ive updated the post

Not denying there has been a defiant spike.. Just addressing the comments that were saying there are constantly 4-6 radar per team. Even with all this radar I'm still hitting top of team and winning more games in my DDs than I do in CA or BB. IS DD play harder know.. OF cause. But Nurfs to DDs or buffs to other classes that effect DDs adversely is the DD players Lot in life. Has my DD rates taken a hit over the last 3 weeks yes a little. But has DD play become imposable Defiantly not. you can still cap you can still play aggressive. The main issue is you have to have an escape plan. No longer can a DD rely on just Smoke or 20 seconds and stealth up to escape.. DD player needs to think a little more. you have to be aware of where the radar ships are.

stats don't lie they tell you the Average.. I was addressing the comments saying that there are constantly 4+ radar per team. For this to be the case that average would have to be close to or above 33% Yes of cause there are games with 4+ radar ships per team but these are balanced by games with 1 or 2... But comments like yours of from the "DD play in future" where you say there are 4 to 6 Radar every game(we both know you meant per team) is just false
