Cost of 5400 Dubloons +300 for port slot =21€ Im sorry but having to spend 80+ euro to get ship 1 week early for free. Thats just 2 steep... Im gonna wait a week or two Boys and Girls this to me looks like a rather shoddy money grab for a hyped ship.. At least its only getting it 1 week early, so its not a blatant cash grab as the only way to get the boat... @MrConway @Tuccy can you confirm there will be a basic no thrills package of ship + port slot? Also if some of those cheaper Doubloon spends gave you the The Basic or Commander packs this offer would be a lot more reasonable. I'm gonna do something i would never normally do and pin my own comment to the TOP -
I'm 100% for ranked at tier 9 as I have about 8 ships at tier 9 4 of which need completing to unlock tier X for Clan battles but with Ranked and Clan battles back to back do not get the time. But yes many of the Supper prems at tier 9 are a match bracker.... I see no Reason why WG could not lock ships like Missouri/Musashi and Black out of ranked battles so they cant be used

No Reload starts when the launcher is empty. not before.. and if that button douse exist. the reload is the full launcher reload. as in Haida can drop a Single torp. the reload is 96 seconds if she drops 1 and starts a reload it takes 96seconds(if this is even possible) and if she fires 3 and starts a reload it still takes 96 seconds -

NOOOOOO not another Assahio........ One of the main issues with the ship is the Uber Deep water torps being ineffective against 1/3 to 1/2 fo the ships she can meet and standard IJN DD guns making her again a DD incapable of fulfilling many of the roles a DD should be doing. I think it should be limited to a launcher.. Being able to drop a single torp and start a reload would make DD's SOOOOOO OP.. also look practically (or realistically) doing anything with a set of torpedoes tubes while reloading it would be imposable. just look at the low tier play ships like the USS Smith that can spam a torpedo in to the water every 5 seconds.. Imogen something similar on longer range high damage torpedoes on a DD that can stealth launch... OMG the BBbabies would Riot -

Worse than useless the 20km torps are more dangerous to allied ships than any enemy.. Ive no idea why they put theme there 12km tops are great and the 8 km (if you are brave) are even better. Shima's Problem and balance is the shier volume of high power torps she can drop in the water in an instant making her very difficult to balance. Ive been saying for a long time the easiest way to balance torpedo numbers/power on DDs (in my opinion) would be to make a DD only capable of reloading 1 set of torpedoes at a time. this way DDs with a high volume of launchers like the Shima would have a LOOOONNG wait for her big Alpha launch again.. -

Shima's main problem is not counters but people playing her wrong. And the player in the Video did EVERY thing wrong. Shima is 4knots faster and has 2/3 of her guns facing aft and has good ballistics on those guns. Fist he delayed his firing back for way to long then he stayed under 5km. WHY. the shima was in open water if he had turned away and maybe applied speed boost he would have been a much smaller target and as the range increased his guns would have had the advantage. Shima is a strong ship at longer gun ranges also remember she her Torpedoes are as strong as hell. Yes they have larger detection ranges but the damage they do is WAY higher than just about any other DD. There are to many Shima players out there who do not us there guns at all.. I have gunned down a full health Shima in a Fletcher before.. I started the engagement on under 2k health.. 1 good salvo would have killed me.. HE refused to fire back -

Flamu's Video is somewhat wrong though.. Notser is more accurate. Ive no issue with an anti DD DD. But slow speed and no speed boost they are not DD interceptors.. RN DDs will be like a spider.. It will sit in its Web (area) and hope the enemy DDs come to it.. RN DDs will struggle to intercept an enemy DD. -

Completely the opposite. A team DD is not a DD that camps at back with the BBs. A team DD is a DD that can relocate to screen its BB/CA/CV if there is a DD threat. LOL Enemy DD brakes through the team and heads for the CV. GOOD LUCK intercepting any enemy DD that has broken through the lines and heading for the Vulnerable Big lumbering BBs/CVs. A Ultimate team DD CAPS/SCOUTS rapidly redeploys if he/she sees a threat from an enemy DD heading towards a vulnerable ship. an Ultimate Team DD uses his torps on distracted Ships and for area denial. forcing a BB/CA to go broadside to you team... and punishing distracted Ships with its torpedoes -

Issue with speed is they have already significantly buffed some of them (Daring Looking at you) the Daring class had a top speed of 30 knots. Ok this is no simulation but they at least try to make them historical in some ways. The other changes yep that may work. I don't see an issue with A DD class that's flavour is as you say Jack of all trades, master of none. -

My main issue is the lack of speed boost... as Notser and indeed Flamu stated the lack of speed is an issue. DDs have certain jobs during a battle. there ability to relocate rapidly is one of the most important things for a DD to do. Lack of speed boost on what is already the slowest DD's in game. I really HATE what war gaming are doing with the RN DD. Players should have choice. Almost No DD player (or at least the half descent ones) use wide spread launch (Yes a Shima 2 narrow with an overlapping Wide can be useful) so what do they do with RN DDs single launch and wide spread. GREAT. Almost all discussion said The hydro was just useless on RN DDs when compared to the speed boost so what do they do. They Remove speed boost. RN DDs will be a very selfish DD one that will struggle or just find it imposable to do the main jobs a DD needs to do its job in the team. The Khaba is also a selfish DD it struggles to do the Capping and Scouting jobs that are A DD's role. but her ability to harass more than makes up for this. Yes it looks as if the RN DDs will be very strong gunboats but there inability to RUN and the way they will struggle to CAP/SCOUT and Redeploy will severely hamper there game play. I will play them as they are RN and they are DDs, 74 in game DDs and rapidly approaching 5000 games in Random alone in DDs make this a sure thing. but as a boat to play as part of a team.. It douse not look like the RN DDs as they stand will be a team ship.. @MrConway @Tuccy any information you can share to the reason for this INSANE removal of speed boost from RN DDs -

Well there you are SOOOO Wrong.. You do not need a Clan to have Steel. Steel is also awarded for Ranked battles and supercrates. It is also very likely there will be missions in the future with steel as a reward. why have a separate location other than inventory.... why not? By separating it in to its own location and interface in a shop format its simpler to add short term offes
