Not necessarily a bad idea.. As players that cope with there tier 8 ship being bottom tier get more XP as they are damaging higher tier ships.. as they stay in the high tier games. If this new method causes issues im sure they will tweek it.

@UNOCK By far the most common complaning threads are by BBs complaining about DD being OP and BBs being weak there are no where close to as many threads about DDs being weak.. for DDs there have been a few threads about BB AP and Radar.. and even the Radar ones have not all been about amount of radar but the inconsistency of radar between teams. DDs cant get 1 shoted.. OW PLEASE.. All classes have good and bad players The natural selection of any game is people gravitate to the easier things to play. Especially if they are on the lower skill level. simple fact. In the last 2 months despite a lot of DD Centric missions and new Prem DD s and a DD tech line Low tiers 1-5 DD=29.3% of ships played BB=29.4% of ships played CA=38% Numbers of DD/BB are close but there are 34 playable DD and only 30 playable BBs (counting 5 ARP ships) BBs start at tier III DDs at tier III High tiers DD=25% BB=38.7% CA=35% out of interest tier VI-X there are 48 BBs (including not yet released) and 56 DD. BBs are played a lot more despite there being around 20% more DDs at higher tiers than BB's Also lets take a look at players posting here

I would not dismiss her so fast. Torps not as good.. 1 less gun but Neustrashimy guns. Much better Velocity (so trajectory and accuracy much better) much better fire chance and AP damage. Much more HP + heal and better Stealth. Defensive fire AND SMOKE AND SPEED BOOST. Neustrashimy may need some changes.. and i will give my feedback to WG when I test her. but for initial stats they look ok for the record i also LOVE the Fletcher and have a PR rating in her of GREAT.

She is only about 10 secs slower reload than any other 5 fish tubes... and this is the first iteration she may get better.

She is a IJN DD with a Russian flag with Good guns if you get in trouble...

But with the same Surface detect-ability of the Shima. Good guns and the same torps as the Grozi... Just slightly longer reload on torps... Cant wait to get to test her.. I hope ST get her SOOOON, and Free XP(Hope you correct as i cant see it mentioned in the blog) even better.. sitting on over 2.5mil. Ognoavi works very well as a torpedo boat with very good guns when the opportunity arises or she gets in trouble. this lady should be nice....... AND SHE IS NOT A BB OR A CA THAT PLAYS LIKE A BB> WHATS NOT TO LOVE

I never really trust Flamu Reviews. but Last round of testing by Supper testers ended on Wednesday for Vanguard. I cant go in to the ship because of NDA.. but i will probably buy this package... if you look at any Reviews ignore any made before Monday 12/11/2018 the last changes were significant. Pretty sure Notser and Ichase will get reviews up soon Only managed 2 games in this ship in final round of testing. But as the stats are public on https://wows-numbers.com I can share without effecting my NDA. 1 game was tier VIII the other was Tier X both matches ended with around 114k damage and I survived both games.

I was hoping this was going to be a free XP ship.... I really hope this is not the end of the free XP ship.. I have them all and am sitting on over 2.4 million free XP

Max 48 they said in original announcement. buy the 10 and yoy can fail 8 directives... Im sitting on 38.. The mission are easy the only hard part is getting in to top 100 after to get badge. which is why i have not bothered to push for it. Some of the harder ones like Citadels or secondary Hits.. Just jump in to a Co-op game in appropriate ship.

The most dangerous thing on a ship is fire.... On any ship its one of the first things you train for and get fire duty stations for.. Fire is Very Very scary on a ship. For one you will be surprised how much stuff on a ship will burn and Second the very action of fighting the fire is sinking you ship as you are pumping water in to the ship. Third this is a warship its full of things that go bang. In the UK we have a youth organisation called Sea cadets and we often went out to sea.. when we joined Cadet training boat/Ship the first thing that happened is we were given our fire station. Any firefighting qualifications were checked and we had to show we could use the firefighting uniforms breathing gear and other equipment that we were assigned as part of our station. Setting fires... You need to understand fire chance.. there is a chance any HE hit will start a fire, as with anything that is chance it can happen at the first attempt or not at all after 100 attempts.
