Always have in the past when we got access to the ships early. This is better than the random from last time.. I got the tier 6DD from a crate just after i had got enough XP to have unlocked her automatically at full tech line release.. Pretty much same here... Though im afraid i will become (continue being) a seal clubber.. HMS Hermes and HMS Furious will be permanent and regularly used ships in my port.. As i keep saying at every opportunity My Grandfather served on both during the war.

Buy a ship that you can grind for free.. I play the game to much to ever do that If they brought out a RN ship bundle with a proper White Ensign i would be tempted.... 2 Battle Ensigns on my RN ships YES PLEASE .... Grind starts 1st March I have an Operation next week may be signed of work for 6 weeks... Wargaming you timing is PERFECT..

Maybe the BB PEF was always intended as a Free Gift ship.. Yes she was Nerfed because she was as OP as hell... Im not going to get back in to discussion as to if she is boring to play or not..But 11 tier VI BB's in game winrate 3rd average damage 4th XP 1st AA kills 1st so she is still very strong.. I agree I think Exeter would be better at tier VI. But weak in her current format... Well we will have to see

To be fair i don't really care as long as all tier IX/X Prems are also Available for Coal/Steel or Free XP. If wallet warriors want to buy Coal/Free XP ship.. OK.. (Free XP already can by converting) Ships only available for Steel should stay only available for steel. But free XP and Coal not so bothered about. However if they start to bring out IX and X Prems only for Dubloons or Cash.. Then Yes i will be pissed

Mmmmm sounds to me you were isolated from you team so an easy target. Is it annoying that you were focused of cause it is. another thread about losing players where most evidence is saying the opposite. Can it be frustrating in a DD against CV yes.. But if you are a DD player you must be used to game mechanic changes hurting DD's more than most other classes. Question IS you AA turned on(in a DD)..? Unless you in good AA DD make sure its turned off. Only turn on when your spotted and being targeted. another suggestion maybe go try the New CV game play. yes rockets were ok at release of patch.. but know not so much. Trust me try CV its not easy.

In those 2 weeks God it must be high hundreds Excuse the PUN but in your case this game is defiantly NOT PAY TO WIN Second mate mate MATE Please Please Please There is a tiering system in the game for a reason.. if you start at tier 1 and play all the way up the tech tree only using free XP to upgrade ships or to pass the famously crap ones. You learn the game. You have jumped up high to fast. Also i am pretty sure you dont have the commanders for these higher tier ships..Example how many point commander do you have in the Buffalo. He should be at least 15 points if not more.. Most tier 8 ships can cope in tier X matches IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING... Please play a tech line all the way dont jump ships. dont play a tier VIII Premium ships till you have at least one tech line to tier VIII completed to tier 8 the proper way.. I was on something like 6000 games before i reached my first tier X ship. 16 games to get to the tier IX Buffalo OMG man what were you thinking.. Trust me you will enjoy the game for for this. The problem is simple playing tier VIII with out the experience or the understanding of the game SLOW DOWN YOU WILL ENJOY THE GAME MORE

Not played CV since the last patch that changed rocket attacks.. but Dive bombers are still pretty good against DD and the earlier Versions of rocket planes were just OP against Lone DDs (and lone DD is what DDs do) As a DD player i was feeling rather dirty attacking DD's while testing the new RN CV.. But at least with the RN CV the only option against DD is realy the rocket planes, torps bombers can do it with some skill (above mine im afraid) but RN bombers do nothing.. Yes a fully specked AA DD with defensive fire can shred planes but this was in the case in the past. And most DDs cant speck for Full AA and dont have Def fire. and have to dump something like speed boost for Def AA if they do.. Also the free reset and the CV rework have made most DD players speck there DD commanders for AA.. Let see how many keep that at the next commander respeck.. I think it would be good if CV could only spec 2 types of attack plane..... CV has to pick 2 of Torpedo/bomb or rocket. This would make it more balanced maybe I still also think CV should always be top tier. Its almost impossible to balance planes across 5 tiers.. balancing for 3 tiers would be much better.. The AA between a tier VI BB and a Tier X is just to grate... take a tier 8 CV in to a tier 6 game and its LOLs all the way.. but get a tier X game for the first half of the battle lone DD's are the only viable target you have really being reported for being in CV is just because of the high volume of CV in game at the moment.. Trust me the amount of times i get reported for being in test ship... Its just stupid

A tinny preportion of the player base the ships were massively OP for most the were worse than mediocre.. the balance between a good and bad player was non existent..and the fact that CV made up about 2% of ships brought to battle says it all.. A rework was needed. is the way they are going good.. I dont know. Point to note... I found it a little boring but quite enjoyed the old way of playing CV.... but the balance between different CV and CV tier to tier was completely off.. I do prefer the new behind the planes look of CV gameplay.. As for the hole mode im still on the fence to be honest

Not for digital goods mate not for digital goods if the goods If it was the EU would have chased it up.. Under EU LAW you can only demand a refund if you have not used the digital product. You took any ship in to the game as bought.. so as soon as you take the ship in to a match the EULA holds. As much as you or I or anyone may agree or disagree with the Doubloon refund they gave us for the prem CV's wargaming don't have to actually give us that buy LAW. So even if it is crap that we only get offered Doubloon refund. Wargaming are going above and beyond what they have to do by LAW. come on guys do you really think a company like WG dont have a large Legal team checking this. Same goes for anything you bought if the game folds.. You have no right to refund for what you purchased.... Think you will find if you read the EULA they say you agree that they may change the stats of the ship for balancing reasons.. The fact that Generally WG wont do this is beside the point.

Ok you like CV's and you were good at them.. But lets face it the Alpha strike capability of them was just too high.. Also ok this is a not a sym but this is way more realistic planes did not attack in close formation in line abreast dropping all there torps at once.. or bombs or rockets.. as such attacks would not give the attacking planes the ability to adjust or make course correction in order to line up attack with out a high risk of hitting each other I get peoples complaints about the hole wing flyover over target when they are not dropping is dumb.. but this is for game balance. If they made it the non striking planes stayed out of AA range they would have to make the AA against the attacking planes stronger.. This would foil more attacks and give you a higher failer rate. Controlling CV while planes are in the air.. I agree its a pain. and the AI of the CV is so pants at the moment its frustrating... CV going in to reverse if you put a way point of over 90 degree is just pathetic. But im not sure best way they can fix CV driving.. how about this for an idea.. you cant sail a CV and fly planes. BUT you can sail the CV and controle the high caliber guns (lets say 100mm +) How about that option for DD defence.. (and this is from a DD player)

Fact you buy a product that stops working after its used you do not get full value back. as its used value back.

2 Prem CV that cost you what 50 or 60 Euro at most..?? 300 games in said CV so average 10 mins a game = 3000 mins or 50 hours.. sound like a very used second hand product so not a full refund as the product you have bought is used.. Im sorry you have 2 games in the new CV you have not even given them a go.
