Not really ALL the mission can be done in Co-op/Ranked and Random. Its just a copy and paist for all missions.. Stage 4 has a mission that says it can be done in Co-op that's impossible (get 7 achievements) at least in this one the CA's secondaries can set a fire...

Because people love an OP ship. IF IT IS IN THERE PORT. and no people did NOT massively want her to stay as she was 98 people wanted her to change For the record I voted for rebalance.. I own her at tier V and i played her as a tier VI ship. she was still very strong.. Personally I think this is a mistake. Many of use bought her knowing she was OP so we should have expected a Nerf at some time. I own and play Belfast/GC and kamikaze R and i truly believe its better for the game that they are rebalanced

Im pretty sure that's going to become the standard way in the future... (if WG have any sense) As for Arsenal... the perfect way would be to offer a Doubloon OR Steel refund (Steel being convertable to Coal) But i'm not sure how easy that would be to implement

I think all options should be on the table as all the options singly are not viable. Examples. Belfast Removing her was a bad idea she is the biggest and probably most famous Museum ship in Europe. renaming her or bringing a rebalanced prem of sister ship will not work. She won't be the belfast Making her tier 8 she would need buffs.. Simplest way to make her balanced in my opinion is just make her have choice of Hydro OR Radar Then i think she would be fine. Giulio Cesare is so OP i don't think there is any option but to remove or uptier without fundamentally changing her. She may need a few small buffs at tier VI (AA looking at you) Things to take in to account with up tier option in General You had the ship for a time when she was OP and got to play her You got her cheaper (new Higher tier ship will cost more) The Credit/XP rewards will be greater on higher tier ship. On subject of we all new the ship was OP before release.. Remember Kamikaze R for a long time was a carbon copy of the tech tree tier 5 IJN DD minakazee.. its not always easy to see how OP a ship is before release (OK some it was obvious) Money Refund.. it would be up to the player to prove how much they paid for her.. after all someone that got Belfast ina sale,with a voucher or from a crate douse not have the right to the full cash value.... This would be a huge overhead to sort out.. The current in game Dubloon option is really the only way in my opinion

As others have said prem ships is how WG make there money but they still need that class for the tech tree lines

For F##k sake WG can never do a good thing for some people.... They had a competition to design a camo for a historical museum ship that is in game ..... They gave prizes to the finalists. Instead of selling the camo (and i would have paid the normal tier VII camo price for this) and thus monetizing the competition. They give it away as a simple mission... This is wargaming engaging the community and still people [edited]....... For the record i have well over 10+ tech tree ships with free prem Permo camo that we got for missions Hatsuharu Faragut Dallas New Mexico Badyonney Gaede Nuremberg Bayern Icarus Leander Fushun Normandie Just to name the tier VI and i have a number or Tier VIII as well and even some tier X.. And im not even counting the steam punk and halloween camos we have been given EDIT Just checked my invatery i have 35 free gifted camos that I got in missions or campaigns for Tech tree ships. + a number of others for Prem ships

you need 20 of a possible 64 mission chains completed.. you may have already done some if you played much i the last 11 days.. Check combat missions in game

The north where this ship is is great amazing beaches and a lot of history

on that your wrong.. Recovery very much true.. ships often had to spread fuel oil on the sea to calm it down so they could recover there plane.. But a catapult launch could be done in almost any conditions. And lets remember Cyclone in the game is only a name , It means a storm or just bad weather. In a real cyclone fleets would not engage in any type of battle. apart from staying afloat.
