Tell that to the Lexington that fed my test ship Freisland 50 planes on Sunday. The AA in a Neutrashimy is strong enough to make a CV go find another easier target.. Somers AA is so weak a CV will come looking for you. As you say the heal is also very strong allowing you to run and heal. Ok to qualify if i could only get one correct the Somers would be my first choice. the fact that Neutrashimy has the 5th highest average planes kills of all tier 8-10 BB/CA/DD in the game must count for something. (ok this is effected by her being quite new and around mostly during the CV rework)

I bought the Hill to make it easier (was most cost effective way.) 20 euro for Hill, will get 3500 doubloons worth 13,50€ when i finish the directive as i own the Hill. So paid 6,50 to enable an extra 75 potential fuel. I should finish last directive tomorrow at latest if i finish the daily chain today and tomorrow i will be then sitting on 788 fuel.

Accept when there is a CV around then you wish for that AA.. I like Neustrashimy. I also Like the Somers. I have the Neustrashimy. and should have enough steel to get Somers when she is out...

No! We are saying you need to understand DD play.. Im a DD player but I understand BB play as i play BBs as well. I have one hell of a lot more experience in BBs than you. I understand BB play much more than you, DD play much more than you and how the two need to interact more than you.. The same as most players making comments on this thread

Im almost there.. 1mil short on the free XP

for shop bought ships... I have no problem with that.. But the primary purpose of these ships (according to WG) is as reward ships for playing. Personally I think they should not be in the shop if they are Coal/steel or Free XP ships... But thats my personal opinion. if people want to pay 100+ euro for them thats up to them

Appart from your failed MM the start screens show us absolutely nothing. the end screens are the important ones. Only players that should be upset on that 2nd picture is the poor CA/CL on each team alone with 5 BBs on the enemy team. If you had been the CA/CL player most of us would have been sympathetic to you. OW and someone with almost no DD experience calling out his DDs, some things never change.

You do with the Hill as well. The point of selling them is for the players that don't have the time to get them for free. at least in my mind and also i think that was the justification from WG (i think) when they started selling the Coal/Steel Free XP ships in the shop

Well thats disappointing. If you have the Coal/steel/free XP in game to buy the ship you should get the flag as well.

NON of the other Steel/Coal free XP ships that you can buy in the shop for cash come with a flag as Extra (just checked) I would hope they dont start. It is a cool and interesting flag. would be a good one for a mission or even this training room option they are talking about

NOOOOB i have 3,952,961 and all the free XP ships. Leo she is fun in the current iteration. Unlike the Asashio if you can keep the range open she can take on CA/CL and DD she can do very well against as well. Her AAA LOL , LOL, LOL She is on my definite(spelling corrected) get list at the moment after about 4 or 5 games. Perth is a NICE boat... Great for OPS. And i truly believe the Leander class are one of the prettiest Cruisers ever launched. though its a shame Perth dispensed with the truncated funnel.. makes Perth the Ugly sister of the class

@StarbuckTheThird German boats are probably the best start line. Good all rounders Hydro is good for keeping you out of trouble. Torps are OK and fast reloaders (so forgiving for mistakes) Probably the easiest to start with. IJN also good.. But IJN can be a struggle if you get jumped by a DD.... IJN DD's can hold there own but it takes some practice, Please dont play Russian. Russian DD's are great and great fun. BUUUUUUTTTT they are not New player friendly. Same for French DDs when they are released. If you play Russian as first DD tech line you are likely to get disheartened and stop playing DD's and that would be a shame RN DD Royal Navy DDs are also good and good all rounders. But lack of speed boost makes it difficult to get out of trouble. Pan Asian Good boats if your capable of remembering your torps dont effect enemy DDs (you will be surprised how many don't) but hey are good gunboats and there torps are great against other ship classes. USN Good all rounders.. Guns need practice at longer ranges (another good start boat) Torps get good at higher tiers and are ok at lower tiers

I bought the Hill to give me more chance.. im sitting on about the same as you but still have 250 available from missions... If i complete every thing i will end up with 925 fuel. Carry on working the Benham is a blast to play. Bloody hell OP i thought i was bad with my battle count .......
