I think the Blackswans could make a good Tier 4 or 5 prem (no buff needed) as there role would be AA and anti DD escort for BB's Much like the Yubari No torps but much better AA as all 3 main gun turrets are Duel purpose

Most sound Good! Apart from Whimbrel she is a bit too new! Most tier 2 DD/CA at Pre WW1 Boats. The Blackswans are the type of ships that make up the tier 1 in game but with 6 guns may be a bit to powerfull as all others have only 4. If there is one in game it should be the Amethyst the yangtse incident fame

Huge difference there between shell flight time and Torp run time. Also in higher tiers Reload time. I notice T0rad almost all you DD battles arein gun boats with short range Torps. Very few DD captains on those Boats will pay attention to the Torp Guide You don't even have to press Alt you can have it turned on ALL the time if you go in to settings also most ships have 3+ turrets so you can do a ranging shot First.

I dont believe it should be exactly the same. But a variance of about 1 or 2 DD should be in place So no 1 team with 2 and the other with 5 or 6 DD.

Mate I rely suggest you carry on down the German ships! tier 2-4 are not that good (well ok Dresden is ok) But the tier 5 is amazing! So i would at least go there if i was you...... I am at tier 6 at moment and i am sure i will like that one as well.. PS in my opinion the tier 5 German CA is better than the Cleveland at tier 6

Kills were a pain but damage and Fire was easy! 1 game in independence (elited it) so next game in Ranger got me over 25 fires

I would make the German and British DD's Boring as most of the class names are are just letters/Numbers or things like Admiral or Tribal class if they were not names after lead ship or at least a ship in that class that was famous.

Lets get this correct. Ships in game are not named by Class they are named by ship! In many cases in game they are using the lead ship or Class namesake. But not always.

I think it was a typo on the Posters. Unfortunately he cant go back and correct it. Use the Prefix! As i Said above Imperial German navy used SMS Prefix before the name of all there ships, Nazi Germay had No Prefixes on the there ships Bismark was just Bismark.

Using the analogy of paper tanks or paper ships douse not count when we are talking about a real ship. In WOT they are giving us several proposed versions of tank using the Hull of the E100 and they are called different things to reflect this. We are talking about a Ship defined by its name Emden

This is what i mean, and it would not have been an issue for the 1925 Emden if it was not that she was the name sake of the class and it was a class of 1 ship. So would be rather dificult to name her and put her in game. One posibility is to use the German navy Prefix of SMS. This would enable the use of the 1925 Emden as a name as Nazi Germany did not put Prefix before there ship names like for Example Royal navy with HMS
