If you add the content you are talking about you have to take in to account Counter flooding. A list is not always a disadvantage to firing a list on the opposite side to the direction of fire could increase you range. Flooding by the bow has a different effect to a Port or starboard list or a stern flooding! what i am trying to say is where do you stop? You are over complicating the game this is not a sim. well you are one unlucky dude!! As i cant think of 1 time that i have noticed a ship holing fire to get the kill shot!! for sure as the chance of penetrating hits and citadels mean that often holding fire will just mean you get no damage at all as the ship is already dead!! Post/go watch a replay where this happans please as i am pretty sure if you watch said replay when you are not actuality playing you will see the other player was firing constantly or just did not have the shot till teh moment he fires.

how is she much worse than The minikaze? Torps identical Guns not as accurate but much better turret trevers faster rudder shift More hit points better Concealment. And here is the main point! As a prem you can put you tier 9 DD commander in who probably has many skill points, compared to other non prem Tier 5 ships you will face.

This is the issue! She was OP in OBT so they made changes! I think they need to re visit her and the Yubari and tweek the balance a bit.

Benson is a tier higher than Sims so should be better. Sims douse have a Rep for High shell ark and flight time. Of the 3 Pre order ships the Sims and Yubari were significantly nurfed. Yubari you can counter some what when you start putting Hightier captains in a tier 4 ship! Sims being tier 7 the diference in captains skills are a lot less apparant as she will often be up against similar commanders in tier 7-9 games Benson however i find has a lot better guns than both the tier 6 and 7 US DD's gun ark and flight time are a LOT better.

They are Ugly!! The CA should have came with a commander with some skill points....
