Nerfed douse not mean destroyed it just means not OP. I rely liked the Normal Tier 5 Russian DD only selling her because i needed the port slot. if there was a Russian Prem DD at tier 5 I could put my DD Commanders in that is similar to the normal Tier 5 DD i would still buy her. This is just wrong For the record i also believe the Mamansk could do with a bit of a Nerf. or at least a good looking at.

Not saying she need a big change. But much better torps less detection when firing and same guns as the normal tier 5 is a little OP. Only thing the normal tier has better is about 65 more HP. Even the HE on the prem is a lot better. Give her the same Gun detection as the other Russian DD's and the same HE shells

Though this is correct it would be bad practice not to offer a refund. However in the case of the 3 Beta ships wargaming made a very big point (if i remeber correctly) in the portal shop that as the game was still beta there was a very good chance the ships would change and that no refund would be offered.

Not the 3 Beta Ships!! When we bought them we had to agree that the ships may change as it was Beta So war gaming is under no Obligation to offer a refund if those 3 change before general realise in shop or Game. Any ships we bought after that i agree an individual ship change a refund should be offered for 1 or 2 month after the change! Also as they were covered by the NDA there was no general Information about the ships before we all started to buy them. In fact anyone that used them to buy into Beta before Closed Beta started had very little information on the ships as you could not even access the areas of the forum that was discussing them. Weekend testers and Alpha tester had a little more access to information.

I for one never considered ships like the Warspite or Tirpitz would be rare Prem ships i always assumed they would be in game at some point.In fact I though it a little disgusting that of the 29 Prem ships in game (and for this number i count All 3 T5 Jap DDs as 1 ship and the Marbelheads as 1) seomthing like 6 are purchasable in game. This is a step in the right direction for me. As for Gremyashi! I see no reason she cant be nerfed just a little bit then sold! After all she is OP and when we bought the ships in Beta we ALL had to agree to the fact they may change

I have 70+ games in Tachibana(i have had the Jap DD for months) and 6 in Smith so its to early to say for the smith. I rely like both!! However without having the Katori, but having the other 3 Ships. If you get 500 Stones buy both the DD's. I have 460 Stones and expect to complete 300 games today or tomorrow so will have probably 600+ as some of the weekly mission will be completed as well already. I fully expect to get 800 Stones and will be buying the Katori. But sorry i have not played the Smith enough to call it on Tashi or Smith. As Tashibiana is under half the price of Smith All i can say is the Jap DD is better Value for Diamonds

Tip 700XP on both! Tashi has 53% win rate. So pretty good for a tier 2. could do a lot better i suspect if i placed my Fubuki 15 point commander in her. you cant rely Expect 1k average on a tier 2. There good fun to Derp around in when you are having a bad day.

Rely better than Tachibiana and Smith? Ive always Said Albany is not a bad Ship But the DD's are a lot more fun.

Ok they are Being played by more experienced players and there are not many games. But both ships are holding up pretty well against there peers. Below is week ending 14/05

I was just adding to my post! see above!! But on paper at least Kagaroo douse look like its not as good Tear for Tear as the Fubuki. Almost got my Kagaroo commander to 10 skill points. I may just start using her then. 15point commander stays in Fubuki

will just comment on tier 8 as i have not played my Kagaroo yet. Are the Jap DDs harder to play. No I dont think they are. They are easer to do ok in. Gun boat DD's are hard to make work so less gifted players tend to avoid them. (number of time they are brought to battle shows this.) this wiil effect the Averages. I would like to see stats of all these DD's in the hands of the top 25% of players. Jap DD's are also way more popular due to Shimakazees Rep for being OP (something i am sure you are aware i have argued against for a while) this leads to not so gifted players playing them thinking they will become god when the get to tier 10. Many People forget that Jap DD's have very good guns from Tier 8+ (at least Fubuki douse). The amount of times i have watched a tier 8+ Jap DD running from US DD's but just not using there Guns . Jap dd T8+ turning it Stern to a chasing US/Russian DD can be a real pain for said ship as the Jap DD has 2/3 of her Guns facing enemy. Benson or Fletcher has 2/5s as the chase ship Is Benson better than Fubuki!! No i dont think so. Its just Different. Fletcher Better than Kagaroo!!! More likely as Fletcher is a beast

Defiantly if you look over the last 2 months she was used 33% of the time. Its alos worth noting that average damage has also dropped by about 20%

As the only flags in game that give any bonus are supper tester and alpha tester. I would guess there is non! they just look nice.

smith is fun! when you work out how to use her! my max damage 63K. Was very surprised the 2 tier 3 BBs did not rage at me when I nibbled them down to zero health with 1 torp at a time every 5 secs. My plan is same as yours as i Already have Albany and Tashibiana. @ Eloyan nice review..

I don't think so.. Non of these ships are the same as the OP monstrosities of tanks that were sold in those Huge packages in World of tanks . That Tachibana has been sold on other servers i believe. The others may just be kept to be roled out on special Events

Ive got a better idea! @Wargaming. Please stop doing any events like this. as you can never get it right people will always complain so why bother. We have varied missions where we have to do all sorts of things. And of the record Maybe i have been lucky but in 18k games of tanks and 3.5K of ships i have seen a handfull of cases where i suspect kill stealing. There have however been countless times I have been saved by an opportunistic team mate taking a ship/tank down just before said vehicle has killed me. You have no right to say a kill should be yours even if you have taken the subject from full health to almost dead. Something that is very very rare in a ship to ship gun fight on WOWS or even torpedoes for that matter

We have kill missions/Class missions and number of games played mission and XP ones its great that there is a lot of variance in the missions. XP missions are good as if you just log in and do nothing you get low XP also you can get XP for caping/killing planes XP mission encourage people to win as this is the best way to get said XP.. Trust me many many more people complain about kill missions as they claim it causes kill stealing. I would say the kill missions are infact worse for new players! after all it encourages Experienced players with low tier Prems (and yes i have done this with my emden and Tashibiana0 to take them out as they can get kills easer.
