Please be clear I am not saying Wargaming should NEVER offer refunds. But they cant do it for every change. And they need to produce some rules for refunds if they do. Other wise it will be exploited. and the only way they can stop it being exploited is to never give us spatial offers. Go read the other threads on this last patch I am not happy about what they have done. God I am a DD player I have all but 2 of the prem DDs ever sold (not counting carbon Copies like Fujin) but it is a global change Wargaming would be stupid to offer refunds

I get where you are coming from but wargaming are in a bind How can they improve the game if they have to other refunds every time they change. A business cant operate like that Maybe they need to offer refunds but with a control! Example. Give a match in a ship a value. Lets say for example 1 match is worth 10 cents. So you buy a ship for 20 Euro and play 100 games you feel the ship has changed and want a refund you get 10 Euro. If you play 200 games you get nothing. Also there is a control placed on your account.YOU CAN NEVER BUY THE SHIP AGAIN.. After all (Maybe i missed it but) no one here has asked for refund on there Gremyashchy. Wonder why? She is affected as well. Many people here are complaining on the hope Wargaming offer refunds and they will just buy the ship again next time its on offer and pocket the difference. ME and My Błyskawica i have got 1,6 million XP on mine. How can i say i have not had value for money. It would be like taking a pair of shoes back to the shop after i have worn the heal out by walking so much Also how about Wargaming do something else.. If they deem a ship OP like the Gremyashchy or the Imperator Nikolai I they enforce a refund. Take the ship of ALL players and give them there money back. After all it could be said OP ship prem ships brake the game... I for one do not want to lose my Okhotnik/Kamakaze or Scharnhorst. All very powerfull ships and said by some to be OP NOTE... I do not believe the Last patch was an improvement.. Lets make that clear before you all flame me.

Be very carfull for what you wish for guys and Girls.. If we insist that we get a refund if they change a game mechanic that changes the way our prem ships work. WG will stop trying to improve the game. (YES this sledge hammer approach to Stealth fireing was crap) It will also stop them buffing Prem ships they feel are not performing Well.

Well you did it wrong then because it works for every one else. should it be easer to enable . Hell yes it should be a tick box. Check your work Mate. https://na.wargaming.net/support/kb/articles/517 You have to place the lines in the location stated make sure you did Excatly what the instructions stated. If you did it will have worked

Ok well lets ignore below tier 5 for know... From tier 5+ ALL CA/CL have at least 150mm guns. Only 2 DD have 150mm guns. Bloom being linked to ROF would mean almost every ship in game would have a different Bloom time. with so many variations it would for one be a lot harder to program and secondly flood the game and forum with people Screaming there are Hacks that reduce the bloom time.. Keep it simple in the same way that the Stealth commander skill is simple effecting each class of ship to a certain way. Link the bloom time to the class X for DD, Y for CA/CL and Z for BB Linking to ROF is over complicating things

Its worse than that.. Find a low health ship 1 or 2 shots will kill. Enemy Nor problem that little paski DD can still be seen from the moon after he has killed his target. -
Trust me i know all about Launching Torps when ship is out of range with regard to the Ship being in range before the torps finish there run. you cant play 3000 games in DD and not learn that. Lower tier Russian DD completely rely on this However when we talk about stealth launch we are on about the window where ships are in range and you are not spotted. not the skill of judging where in the Water the Torps and ship may meet.

Naa that would be very hard to program and confusing to players. (remeber there are Skills that reduce load time).. and to be honest 5 seconds is way to short. I think DD 10 Seconds. CA/CL should stay 20 Seconds.. BB 30 or even 40 Seconds. BBs are BIG it should take them a long time to Stealth up after shooting. also you suggestion would make ships Flicker in and out

Its not a bug its you PC.. Question do you switch on you PC launch game and start match? I ask as i some times get a longer load when i do this. But if i have been doing other stuff on PC and it has been switched on a while it douse not happen, If yes it would suggest background tasks running on PC at launch -

Wont this make her the first CA/CL that can stealth fire Torps? Camo and Concealment Expert reduce detect ability by 15% Duca d'Aosta Surface detectability 12.06 -15% = 10.25 Surface detectability with 12km Torpedoes.

I thought that was the case but was not sure... But still AFT is better as if you target something at longer ranges you short range guns wait patiently for designated Aircraft to come in rang.With the normal targeting without MAA at least your shorter range guns fire at targets of opportunity till designated target is in range

AFT.. I hate MAA because unless I am mistaken you AA will only fire at designated target.. So you target those scary TP bombers 6km.. Your medium and close range AA will not fire at the DB above you. Also AFT Helps your Secondaries as well. I have AFT my record id 42 AA kills. The poor CV lost that many planes to het 1 torp and about 2 bomb hits on me Also with MAA douse your AA fire if you dont target anything?

They Never HAD to refund anything as they said in the terms and conditions stats may change.. Wargaming CHOSE to refund. there is a big Deference

Ok Checked https://gamemodels3d.com Kaga's Air group Config at the moment Config 1 Strike 2x4 Torpedo bombers b5n2 (Same as Hiryu) 4x6 Dive bombers d3a1 (stock DB on Hiryu.) but 6 yes 6 planes a squadron Quite like this config. Config 2 Air Superiority 3x4 Fighters a6m2 (Same as Hiryu) 5x2 Torpedo bombers b5n2 (Same as Hiryu) Realy wargaming 5 squadrons of 2 planes 2 flights of 5 would be realy interesting but this?

To me there is only one issue Scharnhorst Nothing wrong here ship as as she was Gneisenau she should have started with Historic guns and had the big boys as an upgrade -
Well refine that search some more we can stop playing this game at all above tier 4. Remove all ships from the table that were Not Sunk in a surface action. Remove ships sunk by planes (land and sea based) and Subs. do this and we all may as well go home., Look are RN DD's 138 lost in WW2 I dont know exact numbers but losses of DD due to action against other surface ships probably douse not even make 20. (and thats me being very Generous I think) Quick Think I got 3. Glowworm Hotspur Hardy UPDATE:: according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Royal_Navy_losses_in_World_War_II. of 138 DD lost in WW2 Quick look says 12 sunk buy Ships 1 buy shore battarys (4 of those DDs were sunk by E boats) UPDATE:: AS for BBs Unless I am mistaken Hood is the only BB/BC sunk in WW2 that Torpedoes did not at least have some part in the sinking. It would take more time than i am prepared to spend But if you tally up all those surface ships lost on your table from every nation i would guess 10 or 15% died to Gun or torpedoes from other surface ships. The rest were all killed by planes of subs If they made this game more realistic this game would be World of battleships and Carriers. Battleships would stand no chance and it would become game of Carriers and then we would have no game at all.. How douse spotting mechanic benefit a DD? Shoot Torps at a BB the BB has about 20-30 Seconds to react to the torps and Turn. DD shoots guns it takes minuets to Kill a BB even with lots of fires. Any half descent BB player can hit a DD from 10KM quit often and said DD even if hit with AP will lose half his health. Wo betide a DD that gets to close to a BBs secondaries Destroyers should not be able to go 1V1 against a BB..... Realy do you know the History of the Destroyer.. Full name TOPREDO BOAT DESTROYER. Torpedo boats came first. There job to attack Battleships. Royal Navy had a great IDEA. They started making there Topredo boats a little bigger they could still do the job of a Torpedo boat. Attack battleships.BUT that bigger size allowed them to take bigger guns so they could double up there role and DEFEND BBs form Torpedo Boats. Hence the Name TOPPEDO BOAT DESTROYER. Know that name is rather long so after a short time.. You guessed it it was shortened to DESROYER Also Please don't bring reality in to this. this is an Arcade game. we have different classes to make the game fun. some ships have to be buffed for this reason. Reality. BB would think it had done amazingly well if it shot down 10 planes if it got attacked by A CV. in this game 20-30 or even for AA kills happans often. Also look at the grand fleet at the battle of Jutland 37 battleships and battle cruisers. 78 Destroyers Go to WW2 this disparity tended to be even bigger. Batttle of Matapan (MEDITERRANEAN) RN 3BB 17DD Italian navy 1BB 17DD Think of it this way 1 DD in game represents a swarm of DDs.

Damage saturation is there because its kind of real.. Suggestion Go outside to your car with a knife. Stab one of you tyres. Wait 2 mins and stab it again. Douse it make any difference? No the tyre was Flat any more holes in the tyre will not make it any flatter. Ok this is vary basic but its a similar thing in ship hit locations. If that area has been destroyed further hist will do vary little damage

Sometimes we get a little annoyed and bite On topic Damage saturation Effects all Classes of ship. Infact it benefits BBs the most as it can often give them a chance to rapair.
